Name: Zenchi Te no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -10 Chakra per Post Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands, allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch the area. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as cuts, bruises, ect. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else, but again the jutsu can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal, and the larger the wound the longer it takes. If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller.
Name: Chakra Scalpal Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -20 per Post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. (25 Chakra)
Name: Delicate illness Extraction Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, (Post 1) an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. (Post 2) The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analyzed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu. It is capable of being projected far distances with the strength to even dissolve rocks. However, being as acidic as it is, it must be spat out very cautiously from the mouth making only three bullets of the acid be expelled per post. The acid bullets are two inches in diameter and they go as fast as 10m/s. Upon hitting a surface, they can dissolve as wide as fifteen inches before their effects wear out.
Name: Shinzou no suiryoku no jutsu (Heart thrust skill) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: -20 per post Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: Using chakra at the finger tips, the medical nin is able, with a direct and accurate thrust to the opponent’s thoracic duct or right lymphatic duct. The thrust must be done with exactly two fingers, the chakra at the tips of said fingers travel upon impact to the heart and arteries surrounding it. The destructive chakra is capable of ripping apart two or three ateries, fracture the heart muscle and even force the coronary veins to tighten, resulting in a heart attack and knocking out the target for three posts. If the target is not treated within four posts, it would lead to death.

Name: Body Pathway Derangement Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Within Touch Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible.

It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.

Most commonly used to change direction quickly mid-air; this jutsu can be used to push the user away from a solid surface, slow the body in a fall/slide, or create a small cloud of dust or debris.

Name: Water Release: Poison Mist (Suiton: Doku Kasumi - 水遁:毒霞翳) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Suppleentary Element: Suiton Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description:This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist. However, the vapor itself acts as a toxin to the target's eyes, blinding them. It can also constantly burn the target's throat, disabling their ability to speak as well. This technique is mostly useful for separating teams of shinobi, effectively cutting off communication between them. The effects last as long as the mist is in place. Those caught within the mist that are of B-rank or higher are unaffected.

The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.

To use this jutsu, the user must first start spinning around and then release wind natured chakra around him, resulting a whirlwind around the user. This jutsu severs and damages whatever comes in the range of it because the wind chakra is manipulated into the form of numerous tiny blades. It can be used for both defense and offence.

The clones are equal in power to elemental clones, although they show a small amount of higher functioning. They cannot act fully independent of the user, nor act in a way different then the seal they are created from dictates. The clones are essentially programed to attack in a specific way dependent on the small variation of the basic seal; the enhanced functioning of the clones is limited to directional changing ability. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.

Name: Elemental Seal: Shatter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows: Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post. Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet. Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings. Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu. Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. Name: Five Seal Barrier (Gofū Kekkai - 五封結界) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Maximum of 50 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: Until all tags are removed or destroyed Cooldown: 10 posts || Twice Per thread Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material's destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it. Even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately.
Name: Acrobatic Triple Drop Kick (Akurobachikku Sanjuu Doroppu Kikku - アクロバチック さんじゅう ドロップキック) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user jumps in the air doing a forward somersault and simultaneously kicks the opponent in the upper body dealing three blows. Two of which are to the shoulders and one to the head whilst the user charging chakra into their legs to cause more damage.

After forming the needed hand seals the user will thrust their arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike their opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air. The dragon is able to catch the target in it's mouth and bite down, dealing crush damage and using shards of ice to pierce 2 inches into flesh while cracking bone. The dragon moves at the same base speed as an equal ranked ninja.
Name: Water Release: Water Beast Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: - 10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: The user manipulates water and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash the enemies away. The beast can fire the streams of water as long as the water source it is created from lasts, up to once per post and to a distance of 15 meters. The force of the claws is enough to shatter rock and dent steel. A direct hit from the claw will disable the enemy for 2 posts, as well as causing severe pain and busing, as well as the high possibility of fractured or broken bones.

Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

The user then drops the mass of air on their target at a high velocity. The air pressure reduces the target into the ground as if the gravity was increased. The extreme weight of the air makes it hard for the target to move a finger, let alone get up. The user, however, is unharmed by this and now has the advantage to subdue the opponent or kill them.

Name: Chakra Gekiyaku no jutsu (Chakra Poisoning Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 20m Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: -15 per post Cooldown: Duration +3 Description: By making the required hand seals (S rank ninjas can perform a singe seal) and focusing chakra into the fingertips, the user can stab the target with his fingers. There will be no visible wound, but the target’s inner coil system will slowly be infected with the negative chakra input. From that point on, every time the target tries to mold chakra, he’ll weaken (loses 20chakra). Death is a major option in this. The effects wears off after 7 posts but if the victim is not treated with a technique greater than the poisoning technique within five posts, he dies. Multiple stabs increase the effects. 2 stabs = 14 posts.
Name: Shinzou no suiryoku no jutsu (Heart thrust skill) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 20m Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: -15 per post Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: Using chakra at the finger tips, the medical nin is able, with a direct and accurate thrust to the opponent’s thorax, to cause a slight heart attack. The thrust must be done with exactly two fingers, the chakra at the tips of said fingers travel upon impact to the heart and arteries surrounding it. The destructive chakra is capable of ripping apart two or three ateries, fracture the heart muscle and even force the coronary veins to tighten, resulting in a heart attack and knocking out the target for four posts.
Name: In nyu Sanmetsu (Secret Lactic Acid suppression) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 5posts Cooldown: 8posts Description: This technique is used primarily for prolonged battles in the event that the user has no soldier pills at his or her disposal. The ninja must focus their chakra throughout their muscles in the entire body, constantly breaking down and supressing the chemicals that produces lactate which causes fatigue. The sole purpose of this technique is to help the ninja maintain their stamina levels for a prolonged period so that they do not tire as easily when in battle or during rigorous activities. (Replenishes 50 chakra for the user)
Okay. First off; I know I was slacking with putting up the Medical Ninjutsu library but it's now up. So I'll need you to update any jutsu you're trying to app that's already in there with the proper one. Secondly; the majority of your jutsu are VASTLY under-ranked. As a rule there is no D rank medical anything. Medical Ninjutsu takes extreme control, and you will not get that at lower ranks. With that said even the C rank heal that is in the library takes a while and handles at the most non-severe surface wounds, and there is no instant anything – medical ninjutsu takes time, period. Ketsuki Gyouko(Blood Coagulation): This is going to have to be at least C rank. You're also going to have to explain how large and deep a wound this can work on. Also, there is no instant anything; even for a high ranked shinobi with high ranked medical. Chishio Tensou no jutsu(Blood transfusion skill): This is going to have to be at least A rank. I'm also confused on exactly how this is working; you speak of making the users blood more dense; but too dense of blood can cause instant death because you're essentially turning the users blood to sludge. This is definitely going to need more detail, including how this works exactly and how much blood can be lost before this technique will not work. Chiyute no jutsu (Healing Hands Techniqe): This again needs more detail; how severe/deep of a wound can you heal. If you need an example there is a C rank heal listed in the library. This CANNOT be used for grievous/deadly wounds, and that needs to be stated clearly on it. Enjintou (Chakra Scapel): You need to switch this out with the proper Chakra Scalpel from the library, it's an A rank technique. Osenjokyo no jutsu (Decontamination technique): Switch this out with Delicate Illness Extraction technique; or at least bump up the rank and make it match with the technique from the library – it's at least B rank. Satsugaite no jutsu (Killing Hands Technique): This is going to be at least a A rank technique. Also, the name is a bit misleading: does this actually kill someone? Or are they just stunned (unable to move)? Also, four posts is way too much for a stun. Sen’eitaishu (Hidden Shadow Bandage Hands): Please remove instant and replace with one post. Also, how much bandages are created? You're also not going to be able to make these bandages are strong as wire; a bandage is not metal it is cloth. Unless you're bumping up the rank seriously on this anyone is going to easily be able to break themselves out of this. Bandages are also very stretchy, meaning that strangling someone with them are going to be nearly impossible. Chuusuusei Shikeikiden (Central Nervous System Electrical Shock): This is just like Body Pathway Derangement which is now in the library and it is an A rank technique. Zesshi Nesnsan (Fanged Tongue Acid): First off, this would definitely not be medical ninjutsu it would be ninjutsu. You're not going to get that strength of acid from a C rank technique, so you're looking at at least A rank to be able to dissolve rock. Again, switch instant with a post count. Also, how far can these acid bullets travel, how large of an area can they erode? Saisei no Saibou: Stuff like this isn't allowed, you are allow to heal yourself, but you cannot negate an attack in this method. Hekirekite no jutsu (Thunder Hands Technique): You're going to need raiton for this technique; I won't mod it further until you have the needed element. Kakusei no jutsu: Again, this would be Delicate Illness Extraction Technique. Chakra Gekiyaku no jutsu (Chakra Poisoning Technique): First off, your chakra cost and cool down need majorly bumped up for something like this. You're also looking at S rank for this technique, not B. You're also going to need to provide more detail; how exactly can you know the exact spot to hit to start to mess with their own inner chakra system and cause them to lose chakra if you cannot see chakra? Also, the effects cannot last for seven posts, that's just insanely too much, that needs lowered. Also, why 20 chakra burn each time the user tries to mold chakra? This needs better explained. If the effects last so long how is the lethal threshold of this attack 5 posts? Again, we need a lot more detail. Shinzou no suiryoku no jutsu (Heart thrust skill): Where at in the thorax are you hitting? The thorax is described as the area between the neck and the abdomen, so you're going to need to be more specific for this. Also, you need to take into account the rib cage protecting vital organs. This is going to need to be bumped up to at least A rank. There's also no way this is 'kinda lethal', something of this magnitude would flood the myocardial sac in an instant. The heart would be crushed. How long can someone survive like this before they die? As in, how many posts do they have to receive medical attention before they die? In nyu Sanmetsu (Secret Lactic Acid suppression): This is just a no. There's no way for this to be possible by site rules. There's no chakra regeneration of any kind. All a lactic acid clear/suppression would do is lessen aftereffects. It's would actually hurt you in battle. | |

You say they're unable to move for three posts till they are treated; what happens after the third post if they're not treated? This needs a LOT more description before it's going to be approvable. Zesshi Nesnsan (Fanged Tongue Acid): You still haven't told me how large of an arrow can be dissolved by one bullet. 15 meters a second is speed, not distance so that needs fixed. As far as the 30 Meters you have written as your range that is way too much to be spitting at someone: 30 meters = roughly 98 and a half feet. Also, I see that you have 3 posts for the duration so I need to ask that you add how many bullets per post you can make. You also will have to take a chakra duration for each post after the first that you're using this jutsu. Saisei no Saibou: Okay, I see what you changed in an attempt to keep this so let me be honest with you. To keep this jutsu and for us to allow it the following changes need to be made: First off, this jutsu is S rank on this site. You need to change the Duration to 1 post with a Once Per Thread cooldown. Also, this jutsu will only save you from one hit whether that be a jutsu or from a weapon; it's essentially going to have to be written as a last resort type thing. You're also going to be paying triple the jutsu cost for this jutsu to work: that's 90 chakra. Shinzou no suiryoku no jutsu (Heart thrust skill): Either change your duration to 1 post, or up the chakra cost to A rank which is -20 per post. Also, Please change the chakra cost on Zenchi te no Jutsu to -10 per post, and on Chakra Scalpal to -20 per post. Normally, yes, this would be true. However, if you've read the site history, you would see that this in fact NOT chakra that people are using, but an alternative substitute. Chakra was just the term the rabbit sect used, and thus the people adopted it into thier own language. In addition, we have Yin and Yang as chakra natures available for people to take and train. If they were not available in such a way, I could understand using them the way you did for training. By your logic, all ninja can potentially possess every chakra nature -- im awre that this happened in canon, but those who did were covered in so much plot armor that any weapon formed against them literally turned on thier masters as is sentient -- and this is something we cannot allow. | |
