Missions to do [Private | Missions]

Sozaemon left the administration office. He wore the same thing he always wore. His traditional ninja gi, his kunai and shuriken (hidden inside his gi), and both his katana and wakizashi on his right hip. Today was no different from any other day. Sozaemon was given some simple missions that weren't even worth his skill or time, but still had to do them anyways on the orders of his superiors. Thus, not questioning his orders, Sozaemon began walking to his first stop of the day. Apparently, the mission he was instructed to do first was to catch some pet deer. Though he did wonder why anybody would keep a deer as pet, he decided not to argue it and kept his mouth shut. Thus, a few minutes later, he was now on the doorstep on the family. Knocking on the door and waiting, a woman eventually came to it. She was rather tall, standing about two feet above Sozaemon, and had a large, orange hairdo. Looking Sozaemon up and down, she spoke. "You the Ghost?" 'Ghost' was a certain nickname Sozaemon earned for himself around Amagakure, having gotten it from the fact he rarely ever speaks, no one really knows his name, and the fact he moves so quietly. Living up to the name granted to him, the shinobi nodded. The woman instantly smiled. "Good. Our daughter's pet deer has ran away and she is completely distraught. Would you mind getting it for us?" Not saying a word, Sozaemon simply nodded once again. "Alright, comeback when you caught him."

With that, the woman promptly shut the door on Sozaemon's face. Not even reacting to the gesture, he immediately headed to the rooftops, crouching as he looked about for any sign of the animal. Sure enough, after a good few minutes of looking, Sozaemon spotted something. Some creature running down the street. Upon closer inspecting, Sozaemon realised it was the deer. Having found his target, Sozaemon immdiately jumped down and began to chase the creature, dodging market stands, people, and other animals. Though the deer was quite fast, Sozaemon eventually got close enough and managed to tackle it. The deer wasn't that big. In-fact, it was quite young, making it easy for Sozaemon to lift it up and carry it back to the woman's house. Knocking on the door, the woman opened it again, smiling brightly as he nearly snatched the poor creature out of Sozaemon's hands. Given him a wad of money, she promptly slammed the door again, leaving Sozaemon alone.

With that, Sozaemon walked off, now heading to the village gates. Apparently, there has been some boar that's been killing citizens. And so, Sozaemon was tasked with killing the beast. Thus, here he was no, calmly walking out of the village gates and into the wilderness to where the beast was last sighted. Minutes passed by as he noticed boar droppings on the ground, showing that he was close. After a few minutes, he heard a bizarre mix between a wheeze and a growl. Looking to his left he saw what he had came for. The boar. It was as tall as him, short by a few inches, and had friends. Four more stood with it, kicking at the ground and making all shorts of noises. In response, Sozaemon simply took out a kunai and got into a stance. Two boars charged at him, one after another. Being faster and more skilled, however, Sozaemon jumped over the first and landed the second on. Wrapping himself around it, he dove his kunai into it's neck, slicing it before jumping off. The boar hit the ground with a thud, gurgle and kicking about until dying. It was at the time the first one came back, charging at Sozaemon. However, Sozaemon was quick to retaliate, throwing the kunai. The weapon landed directly between it's eyes, killing it. Unsheathing his katana, he then made quick worth of the rest. Two of the boars tried to flank him, but Sozaemon took a step back, making them ram into each other. Disoriented, the boar's couldn't react fast enough as Sozaemon then went and dove his blade into their heads. It was then that a baby boar appeared, angry the last one and causing it to reckless charge at Sozaemon. The shinobi simply thrusted his blood into it's head, killing it before scaring the baby away, as it posed no threat to him.
