Temaki's messenger was a trustworthy individual and wicked fast; with that being said he was also professional. Upon arriving in Hanagakure he would wait to be shown to the Commander General – stating simply that he was instructed by the Rakuenkage to deliver the letter directly to the Commander General himself. If shown to Jai without issue the messenger would bow respectfully and then hand over the following letter:

Commander General,

I'm not one for a lot of fancy writing and fan fare so I'll keep this short and to the point. I'd like to come to your village for a visit and a chance to talk face to face; as well as a chance for a few days of some rest and relaxation. There are a few matters I'd like to discuss with you that I don't trust to put down to paper.

If granted permission to come I'd be bringing with me my wolf (he's too clingy to keep home, he'll howl all night long and keep up the neighbors), my student and his companion, and likely his student and hers. We'll likely be coming within three days if granted your permission; please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Sincerly,
The Unconventional Rakuenkage
Temaki

The commander general would take the letter and smile. As sure as the sun was shining, his daughter spoke the truth. A letter had indeed been scent from the Rakuenkage to him. Quickly reaching for a pen and a paper stamped with his letterhead, his response was rather short;

Dear Rakuenkage,

I look forward to meeting with you very soon. My daught speaks very highly of your hospitality, has inidcated that she has had a wonderful time while in your village. If you are indeed planning to visit soon as your letter states, please rest assured that I will show you the same courtesy. As for speaking with me, simply name a time most convienent for you, and I shall make myself availible. As for your companions, you are more than welcome to bring them along as well.

Sincerely yours,
Commander General Jai Kyamalie

Sealing the letter, Jai would hand it over to the Rakuenkage's messenger, and arrange for an escort to the countries borders.
