Mission name: Spread the Medicine

Objective: Spread the medicated animal bait around the forest outside of the village.
Location: Land of Waterfalls
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 100 Word Minimum
Mission description: An outbreak of rabies has caused the local predators to attack settlements. Spread a special medicated food bait around to vaccinate and reduce the numbers of infected.
Mission details: This isn't a difficult task; you're given a 5lb bag of medicated bait feed. You merely spread the bait around on the ground and in the trees over as large of an area as you can. You should be able to cover several hundred square meters with the provided amount.


Mission name: Spike the Water Sources

Objective: Add a special super concentrated medicine to the local ponds and watering holes.
Location: Land of Waterfalls
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 250 Word Minimum
Mission description: As part of the on-going attempt to control the recent outbreak of rabies in the wild animal populations, you've been tasked with adding medicine to the local water sources.
Mission details: This medicine is completely harmless to humans, so don't worry about adding it to any of the rivers. You need to add it to at least 3 ponds, 2 streams, and 1 large river to complete this mission. At one of these points, you will encounter a large, feral boar. This boar is strong, but easily scared because it is young. It attacks with the power of a Genin (D1 Stats overall). Kill it and bring in the head, hide, or tusks for an additional 50 ryo.


Mission name: Wolverines!
Mission rank: B
Objective: A pack of wolverines is attacking the village. Stop them!
Location: Hinowagakure no Sato
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 500 Word Minimum
Mission description: While normally solitary in the extreme, a family of wolverines has teamed up to attack the farmers and ranchers that they believe killed their mother. They're attacking anything and everything in their path. Stop them quickly to reduce the casualties.
Mission details: The wolverines are siblings that where almost ready to leave their mother when she was killed accidentally by a ranch hand. Their angry has surpassed that power of their instincts and brought them together one last time to destroy. Each is fueled by their rage, raising their power above that of a normal wolverine; which is already formidable. Each is roughly as powerful as a Chunnin, however they have physical strength equal to A-0 and endurance equal to A-1 due to their rage. There are 5 siblings total.


Mission name: Oasis Hunting
Mission rank: C
Objective: You've been given a map of an around outside of the village. Explore the area and mark down any oasis you find.
Location: Desert Wasteland
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 100 Word Minimum
Mission description: The local caravans are looking for new oasis to stop at on their travels. Use the provided maps to find them.
Mission details: Each map has at least one unknown oasis in the marked area. So long as you find at least that, you'll be fine.


Mission name: Mineral Collection
Mission rank: B
Objective: Local merchants are running low on a vital mineral collected from a specific cave in the desert. Travel to it and use a special scroll to transport a large amount back to the village.
Location: Desert Wasteland
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 500 Word Minimum
Mission description: Severe sandstorms and recent caravan attacks have severely disrupted the normal trade routes. Because of this, a certain vital mineral that is normally abundant in the village has all but disappeared. Local ninja are being contacted to collect as much as they can bring back until the caravans are able to return to normal trading.
Mission details: You're given a map to the cave and a special scroll able to hold several hundred pounds of material without gaining any weight. It won't take long to fill the scroll to capacity once you start mining. However, reaching the cave and making it home will be problematic. On the way out, you will run into a large bandit horde that is attempting to take over the specific route. There are ten bandits of genin power (D1 stats), each armed with two kunai and a few longer knives. The bandit's strongest fighter is roughly Chunnin in strength (C2) stats and uses swords and weak (D-rank) fire jutsu. The leader is a Nuke-Nin that fled Yokuchigakure no Sato years before after he was nearly caught running underground gambling dens. He is well trained, but rusty; with power on par with a Special Jounin (B1) stats that uses mostly Taijutsu and kunai to attack.


Mission name: Watch the Stall

Objective: A vendor in the market needs someone to watch their stall while they tend to a family emergency.
Location: Any
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 100 Word Minimum
Mission description: A local vendor has run into a small family emergency and needs to leave their stall for a few hours. You've been hired to watch the wares and record any sales in the log book.
Mission details: Simple and easy. Just watch the stall, and make sure that you record at least 2 sales. You decide what the stals sells, and it can be anything but hot or made on site foods (selling produce, pre-canned, or packaged foods is allowed).  The prices for everything is marked in a 'cheat sheet' you've been provided, and the owner has meticulous records for stock. Don't try to cheat them.


Mission name: Rouge Sage?
Mission rank: A
Objective: A man is attempting to pass himself off as a 'Sage'. Ninja in the crowds have watched his 'show' and determine that he is a fraud. Infiltrate the 'show' and explose him as such.
Location: Port of Dreams
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 900 Word Minimum + 1000 ryo
Mission description: A man has set up in the Port of Dreams claiming to be a wise and great Sage. He is attempting to collect followers to his 'cause', creating a sort of religious furvor around himself and bleeding the populace dry of all their money and valuables. Stop him before he escapes from the area and make sure the ill gotten gains are turned over to the proper authorities.
Mission details: The man is obviously trained in ninja arts, however he bares no allegiance to any village. His skills are strange, and it would seem that he is either self-trained, or was trained by a singular teacher early in life.

Description: An younger man, he wears flowing robes and a fake beard to appear older and more intellegent. He is well versed in his tricks and his act is well practiced. He rarely spends more than a few weeks in any one place, and he is ready to make his way out and on to his next mark. He uses his Genjutsu skills to entrance and weave a spell over the crowds with words, and he has the charisma to back this up. His stats aren't great, but he has a large chakra reserve and can react in a flash. (Str: C1, Spd: A2, END: C0, REA: S1, CHA: B3) His Genjutsu is very potent (A-Rank), and his Ninjutsu is nothing to laugh at (B-Rank). He prefers to rely on his Genjutsu and avoid a fight, but he will strike back if pushed. He uses jutsu out of the library only.


Mission name: Weapon Show

Objective: Help a local weaponsmith show off his wares.
Location: Any
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 250 Word Minimum
Mission description: A new weaponsmith has set up shop in the market and is having trouble selling his gears. He wants a ninja to show off just how effective his craftwork is. Give the people a good show, and bring in some sales.
Mission details: Anyone can do this, but someone with Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, or Weapon Tech would have an easier time showing off the weapons properly. Just give your honest opinion on the quality of the weapons, maybe bring a friend to 'spar' with, and you're set.


Mission name: Gather the Eggs
Mission rank: B
Objective: Gather the abandoned eggs.
Location: The Three Bands
Reward: 1 Word = 1 Ryo || 500 Word Minimum
Mission description: A virus has decimated the local bird populations, leaving many nests abandoned and in serious danger. Travel to the region and collect as many as you can find.
Mission details: You've been given a bag filled with special storage scrolls to contain the eggs in, as well as both tree and rock climbing gears. Each scroll will be filled with the eggs from one nest. The abandoned nests are easy to spot, as the eggs will be dirty and a strange red growth will ring the edge of the nest, signalling the infection of the parents. The egg shells protect the babies, but if they hatch in the nests they will die from both infection and starvation. Rare bird nests are highly prized, for each viable eagle and/or condor nest you find and return, you will recieve an additional 500 ryo. However, you may only find 1 rare nest for every 750 words you write.
