Dray woke up rather early this morning. He had dedicated the entire week starting from today to training his physical body. The past few days, he had found himself having body pains, unable to do things that he could normally do and so many other things that summed up to the fact that he really needed to work out. He had made sure to finish up every village work that were piled up in his office so during his week of work out, any matter that was not extremely urgent could be handled by his more than confident secretary. Dray raised the red bed sheets off his body as he got out of bed. It was not fully morning yet. He put on black pants and a fitted white vest. He wore his boots and began to pack his bag. Why have a bath when he was still going to sweat out a lot. He jumped through his window and landed safely unto the ground. He did not want to alert anyone in the mansion. He made his way for the thick forests and by the time he got, every where was calm except for the various sounds of animals in the forest. He dropped his bag and breathed in before breathing out, he went on breathing in and out as the environment and himself began to merge in some way. He began to hear loudly the tweets of the birds that were so low before now, the chirps of the morning insects, the sound of running water nearby and even the croaks of the frogs in it. It all came to him naturally, he felt his environment as an extension of himself.
He dropped low and began to do push ups. He went on for so long that seconds became minutes, minutes became hours and yet he still felt nothing. He stood up and went to his bag. He brought out he machete he had picked from his home while packing his bag for the training. He swung the broad sharp sword at a huge tree branch as the branch came falling down. He cut down two more branches as he reached for a thick rope in his bag. He tied the tree branches together after shaping them properly with the sharp machete. He lifted the tied up tree branches and felt their weight, that was some real heavy stuff. He placed the branches on his back carefully and dropped down again. Now he had some load on him. He started with the push ups again, he had not gone for more than thirty minutes when he started to feel pain on his biceps and triceps. The arm muscles felt like giving up but dray was just beginning. He knew that the gain began when the pain began so this was the beginning of the phase of this exercise. He went on for over an hours though he was not as fast as he was when he had no load on him. He had lost count of the number of push ups he had done. Sweat trickled down his face, arm pit and almost every body part. His white vest was totally soaked in his sweat likewise the ground that was directly below him. He shrugged the tied up tree branches off of his back as he managed to stand to his feet. He moved his hand around trying to free the cramped up muscles. He breathed in and out slowly, he did so one more time and he was ready to continue his training, he had the whole week to himself.
He jumped unto a strong tree branch and crossed his legs as he began to pull himself upwards and lowering himself again before going upwards again. Just like the push ups at first, he had exceeded the level of this training so he needed more. He released himself from the branch and landed unto the floor. He opened up his bag and brought out two leg weights. He strapped the first one unto his right and and the second unto his left leg. He tried to jump as he felt the weight drag him downwards but that did not seem to be enough. He picked up the tied tree branches he had earlier used for the push ups and wore it on his back and now, that was better. He grabbed the tree branch once again and began pulling himself up. He hadn’t gone more than ten times when the pain began, he was carrying more than enough weight. An average person would totally not be able to go up and down three times but he had done up to ten and his muscles were crying out but that did not seem to bother him. He pushed on as he kept saying to himself, no pain, no gain. He had made up his mind to come out here for this. He left his pretty mansion behind, he did not even have breakfast, he came all the way here to work out and he was not going to return until he had something to show for his actions. He went on pulling himself and going down. He felt the adrenaline kick in, nulling the pain he felt. He pulled faster and much more faster. The tree branches on his back broke due to strongs compressions. He did not stop, he continued with his push ups and as he went upwards, his chest touched the tree branch. The leg weight did not even seem like it was there at all. The push ups went on for like forever until the tree branch dray was holding gave up. It snapped as dray landed solidly on his feet. He was all pumped up now and the best way to work out was if he was in this state. He rallied round as he gathered around the largest of rocks that he could find. He brought out another bag from inside his bag and filled the new bag with the large rocks. Weighing a great number of pounds, Dray swung the bag over his back and together with the leg weights, he began running. He ran around the large forest, making sure to notice important land marks of wherever he passed. He continued running till his legs were burning with heat. He would not give in to them. He continued running as if running for his life. Deep within himself, he imagined being chased by a beast, one with large sharp teeth and adamantine claws. He quickened his speed as he found himself running more freely and lightly. Only his toes seemed to touch the ground and it was almost as if he was flying. He looked down to see the ground hardly disturbed as he treaded softly even though in reality, he was running with all his might. He felt like he had developed imaginary wings and he couldnot help but smile at himself because this was the exact proof he was looking for, proof that he had gained something through pain and perseverance. Dray ran all through the forest on foot and finally came back to where he had started off. He dropped the bags containing the large rocks and hid it carefully under the stump of a tree. He would still have need for it because his training was not done. He picked up his machete and cleaned the dirt off of it’s blade before returning it into the leather bag. He removed the leg weight hindering him all along and returned them into the bag. He thought to himself again, if he used the leg weight during training and he could achieve this much speed, how much more would he go without the leg weights. It was amazing.
Dray hung the bag over his shoulder and headed for his house tiredly. He walked slowly as the sun shone brightly upon him. He got to his mansion through the back as he safely got into his room through his windows that were still opened. No one had probably gotten into the room because he had locked the doors. Dray hid the bag in his wardrobe, the vacant space beneath it. He quickly pulled his clothings and placed them in the laundry as he entered into the bathroom. He ran the shower as he let the cold water run through his silver hair and down his body. He picked up a soap and began washing the dirt, sweat and whatever unclean material that must have gotten unto him in the forest. He finished having his long bath as he emerged and dried himself with a large towel. He moved slowly as he felt the pain in his legs, arms, shoulders and what other parts. No pain, No gain he said, keeping his body together. The clock on his bedside table buzzed as it read ten am, the usual time which dray was always checked in his room on Saturdays. The maid opened the door as she met dray in a sleeping position. He opened his eyes and looked at her, reading her lips as she told him that his food was ready. Dray nodded as she left the room and closed the door behind her. He got up and wore a casual cloth before going to the dining to have a solid breakfast. He needed enough energy if he was going to survive this week and definetly achieve something from it too.

It was yet another morning and Dray had brilliantly over came the pains of the previous day’s work out but he only used that to remind himself that he was only beginning. He woke up early again and it was Sunday morning. He had dedicated the entire week starting from the day before to training his physical body because for the past few days, he had found himself having body pains, unable to do things that he could normally do and so many other things that summed up to the fact that he really needed to work out. Dray raised the red bed sheets off his body as he got out of bed. It was not fully morning yet. He had made it a habit to always begin his work out before the sun was fully up. He put on black pants and a fitted white vest that had been dry cleaned by the maid. He wore his boots and picked up the bag he had packed for the training from where he kept it. He did not bother to have a bath since he knew that he was still going to sweat out a lot. He jumped through his window and landed safely unto the ground. He did not want to alert anyone in the mansion. He made his way for the thick forests and by the time he got there, the atmosphere was calm.
He dropped low and began to do push ups like he had done the previous day but he of course remembered to retrieve the tied up logs of wood from where he had kept them. He placed them on his back and began the push ups. The strength he had gained from yesterday’s exercise was now paying off such that he could go on longer with the logs behind him. He went on and on as he lost count of what he was doing and looking at it, it was over a thousand yet he had not broken a sweat. Finally, his arm muscles began to call out to him. He should not over do it or he was sure to have muscle cramps. His white vest was not totally soaked in his sweat like yesterday and he knew that it was a sign of improvement. He shrugged the tied up tree branches off of his back as he stood firmly on his feet. He moved his hand around trying to free the cramped up muscles. He breathed in and out slowly, he did so one more time and he was ready to continue his training, this was just the second day of a whole week of training.
He jumped unto a strong tree branch that was not sure to break any time soon due to excess weight as he crossed his legs and he began to pull himself upwards and lowering himself again before going upwards again. Just like the push ups , He had picked up the tied tree branches he had earlier used the previous day and wore it on his back and now, that was better. He grabbed the tree branch once again and began pulling himself up. He went on for hours as he seemed to smile to himself. He was really sure that by the end of the week, he would be doing push ups and pull ups with one hand and reading a book with the other hand. He went on doing pull ups. He did not feel like he would stop anytime soon. He was happy with what he was doing, it had become a child’s play rather than a stressful exercise. “tch”.. He heard the tree branch get to the point of snapping. He dropped down from the tree lightly not wanting to destroy the tree branch. It was nature so it was sure to heal soon.
Dray reached for his bag pack as he brought out the leg weight. It was different because it weighed more tons than it did yesterday. Dray strapped the leg weights unto both of his legs as he jumped upwards. The weights pulled him down a bit but he could cope with it, yesterday’s training sure had helped him out. He went in search of the bag filled with rocks. It was not hard to find because he knew exactly where he had kept it. He picked up the bag and hung it over his shoulders. He began running. He was running on level ground and he immediately gained an idea for his line of training. This was running on level ground with leg weights and a bag of rocks over his back perhaps next time, he would run up and down a hill with leg weights, hand weight and a back of rocks behind him. Now, that was some real training. As he kept running, a part of him kept saying.. “when do we fight the bad guys, when do we fight the bad guys” while the other part replied sternly.. ”when your bigger and better”. Dray smirked as he kept running. His speed was increasing as minutes passed by. He was taking over, the leg weights and bag full of rocks almost did not mean anything. He was almost at the finish line. The finish line was not the end of the race rather it was when dray had overcome the weight of both his legs and his shoulders and he could run freely with them, then he had gotten to the finish line. He view it within himself and he knew he was almost there. He did not even bother to count how many times he had circled the forest. It was not worth counting because he would only tire himself out while running and keeping count. Finally, he got there, the finish line. He was free, as free as a bird. He could run with the weight, he was faster, he was better. He could not help but smile to himself as he finally saw himself sweating. He had yet achieved something else today. Tomorrow’s training was not going to involve these anymore, he had outgrown them though he could do them once in a while or make them a training routine. He dropped the bags containing the large rocks and hid it carefully under the stump of a tree. He would still have need for it because his training was not done.
He got to his mansion through the window as he safely got into his room through his windows that were still opened. It was morning already but he did not seem to mind because he just slumped on the bed and slept off because this was what one could call tiredness. He wondered when he would wake up after all, he had no work to do today. His secretary had been of great help.

Body and Soul[Training: Taijutsu:D- ?] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Body and Soul[Training: Taijutsu:D- ?]   Body and Soul[Training: Taijutsu:D- ?] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 13, 2015 9:11 am

The wind came in hard as it barged open the unlocked window. This action caused dray to wake up suddenly and look in the direction of the noise but upon turning his head, he found out that it was just the wind and the window. He rubbed his eyes with his left hand and raised the bed sheets
over himself. He got down from the bed and yawned a little as he also stretched his body. He sat on the edge of the bed and buried his face in his palm. Not for anything else but for the way which he had woken up. He knew when he had to wake up just like he had an in built alarm but this window had spoilt his morning but dray did not seem to bother much. He got up from where he sat and headed down the stairs of the abandoned house he had been staying in since he had been staying in yokuchigakure. As he went down the stairs, he right leg dipped below as he quickly caught himself and saw that the stair was no longer strong as the wood used in making it was becoming weaker. Dray wondered how old the house was. When he was in search of a home , he just happened to follow his imagination and through determination, he found the house made of wood and trees. For the rest of the journey down the long stairs, dray placed his legs carefully to avoid falling. He got down the stairs safely and headed towards the kitchen. Walking past the living room, dray's eyes caught sight of the scroll on the table but he kept on walking for he was coming back to the scroll. He entered the spacious kitchen and made some coffee quickly. He poured the coffee from the coffee maker right into a mug cup as he picked some cookies and went back to the living room. With his usual calm look, he sat on the couch and looked straight at the scroll on the table while eating the cookie in his hand and drinking the warm coffee. Finishing it up, he stretched his hands forward and from where he sat, chakra strings ejected from his hand and latched on the scroll that was on the table just few inches away. With a simple and effortless tug, the scroll was right in his palm. He had found some secret scrolls in the basement of the abandoned house. The person who lived there probably wanted to eradicate some things that were not right. He had a sort of freedom being on his own and he doubted if he would get that if he became a part of the village so for now, he was just Dray as that is the one identity he had seeing as how his parents were killed at a younger age.
Dray proceeded to open the mission scroll and he began to read it. He was a chunin and completing missions was one thing that he loved. Dray expected to see plain texts containing what he should do but the scroll's information was beautifully aligned in the scroll. It was made in a sort of mission structure telling him that this mission had to be good, his first as a chunin.
Mission name: Take over a bandit group. He understood that he was to take over a bandit group, that was very clear.
Mission rank: B. What the mission rank meant was a bit confusing to him but he figured that since he was C, b was the next level. They could have just gone with the usual easy, normal, hard classifications that everybody knew but it probably did not matter much.
Objective: To go in and defeat the leader in one on one combat.
His objective was to defeat their leader on a one on one combat. That would look easy if it was a person to person fight with no other person interfering. Perhaps, he would have a chance.
Location: Yokuchigakure. He knew where this was. Dray was much glad with this particular piece of information even though his facial expression did not change because he actually needed some money to buy some equipments for his basement workshop and for that, he would surely complete this mission.
Mission description: There is a powerful bandit leader in the mountains. Defeat him to gain the loyalty of his followers and himself. And yes, this was it. The main piece he needed. Remove the roots and the plant would die. He was to defeat their boss in a person to person fight and the followers would surrender. Dray cared not about what made them bandits or what they did as bandits but he well knew the meaning of the word "bandit" another thing he knew was that he was going to complete this mission so that was enough for him but there was a problem.

How was he going to get the leader of the bandits to fight him on a one on one. He knew not where they lived or where their base of operations were. They were hardly seen in daylight but still, dray was determined to find them and defeat their master. Dray dressed up and left the abandoned house which was no longer abandoned as he had turned it to his home. He needed to get some solid information concerning this gang. He walked into the streets and walked into a few inns, one after
the other collecting information on the said bandits. He went on doing this for several hours until it was after noon but dray did not give up just yet. Finally, he found an inn. A very quiet one as he walked in. He walked up to the receptionist and made his enquiry. He did not detail them as bandit. He only said a group of people. The way he explained them made his information pass across without letting the female receptionist have any negative thoughts. She answered him just like the other receptionists or waiters in the previous inn had done. As dray turned to leave and go to another location where he could get useful information, an old man in a corner called him. Dray looked at the man and decided to answer. The man explained to him that he overheard dray's conversation with the receptionist and he knew what dray wanted and who he was looking for. He told him that the bandits do come to this inn at an odd hour and they leave very quickly like they did not come for any enjoyment at all so dray had to be quick if he had anything to do with them. Dray thanked the man and left the inn. Back home, dray prepared himself with the deadliest of weapons he had which were but about ten kunais, five shurikens and twenty senbons. This basic and inferior weapons, coupled with his chakra strings, he knew what they were and how lethal they posed so it would be foolish for anyone to ignore them.
Bringing along with him were pieces of bandages and scroll. Before leaving his home, dray picked up a pieced of paper and wrote on it.. "I think your bandit group needs a better leader not a weakling like you. Meet me at the east, the cave across the narrow lake in the mountains........." He folded the paper and tucked it in. He had no idea why he had written those exact words but perhaps, if the leader read it, he would get mad and agree to meet dray in the cave. Dray left home with this piece of paper and a sharp piece of thing metal much like a longer senbon that he had found in the basement workshop. This item was an equipment which he does use in his workshop and it was not meant for combat purpose rather, it was the only way dray would be able to convey his message without being caught. He walked at steady pace while calculating his time. He knew when the bandits would arrive as they mad had told him. Some metres away from the inn, dray hoped into the tree and waited for them.
He would sure know a leader when he saw him. Waiting for a few minutes, somebody later showed. He came out of the shadows in the corner as he surveyed the area without drawing any unwanted attention. Waving his left hand, he motioned for someone to come forth. It was definetly a sign that the coast was clear. Another fella came out of the shadows while the first one went in. The second one did the same motioning style as he went in and another came out. Still waiting calmly in the three, dray fixed his gaze on the scene that was unravelling before him. Finally, he saw a sparkle. This person looked more confident than the rest that had entered earlier. His silvery attire shone in the moonlight and behind him were two other person. Definitely, this was the leader of the bandit group and he was walking towards the entrance of the inn. Bringing out the piece of paper he had written on, dray swiftly folded it in such a way that it had a pointed tip allowing it to float through the air. Dray launched the triangular shaped paper into the air as he activated his chakra strings and latched it unto the medium sized piece of metal he had brought along as he used the chakra strings to propel the metal after the piece of paper. The thin silver metal caught the paper right before the leader of the bandit entered the inn as the arrow pinned the piece of paper to the wooden door slightly missing the bandit leader's face. Bull’s eye.. The leader kept his calm as he removed the stuck item and retrieved the message while the two persons at his back kept on guard and surveyed the area. Dray had heard rumours that some bandits lived in the mountains thus why he had picked that location but that was a long time ago and he doubted if they were still there perhaps, these were the same bandits and if they truly were, they would sure have an advantage against him but he believed in himself. Dray left quietly and made his way to the mountains but upon getting to the cave, his moral dropped one level. He had taken the fastest route possible so why the bandits had gotten here before him was surprising.
"Welcome to our home"... the man dray had seen in shining attire would speak from where he was seated. Looking at it closely, dray could now see that the clothing was actually an armour covering from his neck down to his legs. Seated around him were a total of six members with three distinct member probably holding posts in the group. As the man talked, dray kept observing him, looking for loop holes in him and how to get an advantage. It was clear that the man's armour though fully suited were joint pieces meaning that there were very very tiny openings at the joints were each piece met with the other but the openings were enough for senbons to hit and unfortunately, this opening happened to be where tendons were in the body and yet again, his head was fully unguarded. "I challenge you to a one on one duel" the man would conclude as he would stand up from his self acclaimed leadership seat and spread his two hands sideways. To him would be brought a pike lance and a tower shield by two members of the group. The man would step forward as every other person would stand up and clear the area for a beautiful battle. "What do you have to prove your worth.." the man would ask dray as he would advance up to five metres away from dray... "These..." dray would reply calmly as he would show the man his two palms trying to piss him off and make him lose concentration...

And so it would begin with the man charging forward with his land to cover the five metre gap but luckily for dray, the cave was about a forty by forty in length and breadth so there was more than enough room for him to win this battle. Dray would dodge the lance to the side as the man would follow up his attack by swinging his shield sideways towards dray's neck but once again, the element of speed and reaction would do the trick. Elongating their gap up to five metres again, perfectly hidden in his inner sleeves, dray would withdraw eight senbons with four on each hand as he would start towards the man, covering a gap of three metres with the man also covering a one metre gap leaving just a metre gap between them, dray would get to just few inches before the man though out of the range of his lance as he would lauch four projectiles towards the man who would simply raise his shield as the senbons would fall to the ground but as he would do this, dray would simply slide between the open legs of the man who had shielded himself as dray would blow him right between his legs. The fact that the part between the man's legs was even a bit guarded would make it more painful as the armour would press against the man's testes causing him much pain as the man would bend and bring his knees together in pain followed by anger.
With swift speed, the man would thrust his lance forward right before dray could balance as this attack would catch him off guard costing him some blood on his left arm but that would not stop him from completing his mission. Running forward, the man would chase behind him as dray would look at the solid rock before him. There was no escape now or so the man would think. Continuing on a straight line, dray would tap on the rock wall with his right leg as he would lauch himself into the air with the force and soar above the man, backwards. While in the air, dray would quickly withdraw four kunais from his waist as he had put them in a perfect spot that would not hinder their usage. With this four kunais in hand and being in an arc pattern over the man, dray would turn over as he would launch the four kunais directly behind the man's head that was unguarded but proving skillful, the man would bend his head as the kunai's would still deeply bruise his the back of his head around the part going down to his neck though he was lucky that the kunais did not stick in there.

Dray felt stable. He was gaining the edge but still, he was losing blood from the man's lance attack. With the man still regaining his stand, dray would rapidly bandage his arm with one of the bandages he had brought along. It was time to end this. The man had now stood properly facing dray with his lance pointed forward and his shield standing by. Pulling off his clothes in a confusing manner, dray would launch the clothe into the air as the clothe would give up all the senbons, shurikens and kunais
that were hidden on it's insides with all the basic and useless weapons raining on the man but with a smirk, he would raise his shield above his head with his left hand but of course, that was what dray wanted. Being only about seven metres away from the man and before the rain of projectiles fell on him, dray would activate his chakra strings as green threads would erupt from his finger tips. With one string from each finger making a total of ten, dray would grasp a combination of five senbons and five shurikens. As the man would confidently shield the weapons, dray would use the chakra strings to re direct the path of the controlled weapons as he would stick shuriken underneath the man's left arm as he had raised it in the process of shielding himself. Other projectiles would stick in the joints where each armour pieces met like his shoulders, his elbows, his waist, knees and the like of them. With this tiny weapons puncturing tiny painful holes on his skin and not knowing exactly where they were, the pain would be unbearable...
"How the mighty hath fallen..." Dray would say as the man would release his lance and shield and fall to his knees as the senbons would have pinned down one or two tendons in his legs making movement uneasy. "I truly am not worthy of leading this gang" the bandit leader would say as he would bend his head.. "Then, we will lead it..." The previous three that dray had earlier noticed would speak up as they would charge towards dray. Reconnecting the chakra strings to ten kunais, dray would lift up the weapons and direct it at one of them aiming for his forehead, his heart, his lower abdomen and other delicate parts as the weapons would hit him thereby taking him out of play. With the two still coming forward, the bandit leader that was on his knees would still manage to lift up his great pike as he would hurl it with great force towards one of the two bandits coming forward. Due to the speed, he would not be able to evade it in time as the lance would pierce through his clothing and hit his shoulder sending him crashing into the wall with it's force. The last bandit seeing what had happen would stop in his tracks as he would perform some hand seals and shoot out fireballs from his mouth and as dray would jump backwards, the bandit leader would lift up his shield to block the attack. With the bandit perform some other hand seals and puffing his mouth like he had done earlier, dray would lift up a single senbon with his chakra string and stick it in the bandit's oesophagus as the bandit would hold his neck and fall to the ground. "I'm pretty sure I've disbanded this illegal group.." Dray would say as he would leave.

The joutenkage would wake up with a smirk on his face. He would look around the room while rubbing his eyes and smiling to himself after realizing that he had only been dreaming about his days in yokuchigakure when he still loved using chakra strings as a chunin.. Looking at the time, dray would hop out of bed because it was another day of his training week. He had a lot to cover and that particular dream he had had given him some brilliant ideas on what path his physical training should take.

PostSubject: Re: Body and Soul[Training: Taijutsu:D- ?]   Body and Soul[Training: Taijutsu:D- ?] I_icon_minitimeWed Jun 17, 2015 2:59 pm

The new alarm clock that dray had just gotten after smashing his previous one that usually blared out loudly would soon ring out softly as dray would wake up slowly. It was dawn and yet another day for training of his physical body. No sweet dreams today, no thoughts of hinowagakure, no memories of chunin days. There was no time to waste and dray need not meditate because he was going to train. Raising the bed sheets off himself, he got out of bed and wore a long trouser and a white top as he had always done since he had begun his training. He opened up his wadrobe and picked out his back pack. He made sure his doors were locked as he jumped out through the window and landed in the compound. He picked up his pace and was out of his mansion in no time. He got into the village streets and started heading towards his training grounds. He jumped unto a roof top and started running. He jumped from roof tops to roof tops till he exited the main village gates. He began jumping from tree tops to tree tops as he accelerated. Up ahead, he could see the forest and he was close to it. A few meters forward and he was in the forest that had become very familiar to him after about three days in the forest. He landed on a tree branch as every where became calm. After a few seconds, all came to normal as the animals seem to resume their business probably after noticing that it was a familiar person. One bird flew towards dray and perched on his shoulder while one other flew towards his direction and hovered above his head. Dray stretched forth one of his arm as the bird then perched on it. The birds would tweet for a while probably not knowing that dray did not understand whatever it is that they were saying but after enough tweets to dray’s ears, they would fly away for dray to begin his training.
Dray let his back pack rest against the tree as he put his hand on the tree branch, turn backwards and placed his leg beneath the tree branch while gathering chakra to his feet. His feet would stick to the tree branch as his whole body would go downwards towards the ground as he would begin the first phase of his training. He would place his hands behind his neck as he would upwards and back down. It was another form of sitting up but this one was much more harder because he was not sitting down on the ground. He would continue going upwards and letting his body fall. The weather and climate was perfect for training just because the sun was not up yet so dray would not get fatigued easily. He continued this mode of training as it felt easy at first. He knew where to expect the pain and he was looking forward to it. A few more of this exercise and his back, neck and arms began to hurt. Yes! That was it, he had the will to continue and he was going to. He kept going on till one of his legs was detached from the tree branch. It was due to the pain and shock of a strained muscle. He removed his other leg and landed safely unto the ground. He sat on the floor and stretched the leg. He was not going to allow something as small as this stop him from continuing his training. He took only a few minutes off training and he was ready to go.
He got the back pack and brought out the leg weights and this time, he had shoulder weights too. He put them on and he could hardly move. Regardless of the weight, he knew that he had to do it so he began his marathon race. He ran at the slowest speed he ever imagined. After going around the bush about two times, he was able to pick up his pace as he gained more velocity. He smirked as he accelerated without thinking of the weights. He did not believe in limits so whenever that thought kicked in, he felt like he could anything in the world. He loved that feeling, the feeling of being at his peek. Like he was the guardian of everything. He imagined himself being a dragon, spreading his wings to cover his castle and breathing fire on his enemies.. perhaps he needed not become a dragon until he could do this after all, he was the guardian of the village hidden in the heavens alongside his faithful comrades. The marathon race that dray was running around the forest had now become boring as he was already at his fastest speed considering the fact that he had the leg and shoulder weights on so it was definitely time to move on to the next phase.
Dray ran around the forest once more and he was back at his starting point. Still with the weights on, he dropped to the floor and lay flat as if trying to do a push up. It was actually a push up but a different and more tedious style that he had developed himself. He had not actually tried it out physically but whatever he had thought up in his little head was actually possible to him. He took the position of a push up as he jump upwards but still horizontally as he touch both of his knees with his palm and landed unto the floor still in the position of a push up. That was it, the idea in his head, it was possible and he had actually done it. This exercise puts strain on the back and the arm, the power to lift of the ground while laying low and the strength he mustered to touch his knees with his palms were extraordinary. Dray continued with this exercise as there seemed to be no stopping, it was fun but it actually hurt. This were challenges that he had to overcome so he could become better, he could become bigger, so he could move on to the next level of his life. He had to do it even though it requires tons of trainings, countless beads of sweats, muscle pains all over his body, he cared less. He had to do it for himself and for the village hidden in the leaves. He would not stand and watch any harm come to them.
As soon as dray felt content with this phase of training, he wasted no time. He wondered how light and speedy he would be when he finally removed the leg weights. They sure were a beautiful way to develop one’s true ability. Dray would jump up and land on his palm as he would begin going down so his chest would touch the ground and up again so he would be straight. It was the upward push up style with his legs in the sky and his palms on the floor. He needed true balance to perform this exercise and he had just the balance that was needed since he did not have to think and worry himself so much all thanks to his every morning meditation that helped clear his mind. He continued with the upward push ups as his sweat fell to the ground from his face, the earth beneath his face was soaked and even his cloth too. That did not matter, there were maids that would dry clean it and there were a lot others ready to be worn by him so why bother much about sweating. This upward push up exercise style would continue for a while as dray would finally take off and begin to walk on his hands. One.. two.. three.. four.. five.. six.. seven.. as he would begin to count his hand walks. Looking ahead to himself to avoid obstacle, he would keep walking, trying not to stumble upon anything. The forest path seemed to be clear for him by an unknown source but on his count of four hundred and ninety nine, five hundred, he would exhale as he would prepare to return to a standing position with his feet and see what was next but little did he know that nature had something in store for him. A few steps ahead were trees that were aligned left and right. This trees were arranged such that there roots were blocking the path and anybody passing through ought to jump over them or walk over. Dray smirked at this challenge as he would walk forward with his hands to the starting point and with his legs still in the air, he would jump over the first root, landing safely on his hands, he would scale the second root, landing safely on his hands again. He then saw the purpose of the challenge. The aim was to make his palm hard and mainly to make his wrist solid. He was loving this. Dray would continue scaling over the tree roots with ease as the roots seemed endless. Dray went on never ready to give up and wanting to see the end but there seemed to be none. He continued scaling over till he scaled one last root that was larger than the other and there seemed to be no roots to scale anymore. Dray flipped upwards and then landed his feet on solid ground. It was a beautiful performance. He walked a few meters forward and he was back to his first spot. He took a little bit of time to breath in and out checking out his next phase of training.
He looked at the sky and the sun was already coming up. He did not like training under the sun because he would fatigue easily and get really soaked in sweat but those were just minor reasons. His main reason was that he did not like people watching him whenever he was training. Just one more training and he would head for his home. Dray would reach for his back pack and bring out a long thick rope. It was intended for skipping so dray would reach each end of the rope around his hand and begin to skip. He started keeping as the rope went over and over with him jumping it each time with both legs. He was not here to have fun rather he was here to get some work done so he skipped faster as his legs almost left the ground. He skipped more faster as he raised up one leg and started skipping with only one leg. He changed from his right leg to his left as he skipped more faster trying not to fall down or get tangled. He continued to skip while switching from right leg to left leg to both legs till the movements of his feet could not be followed. They were extremely fast. Dray stopped abruptly as he noticed that he was still putting on the leg and shoulder weights. He dropped the skipping rope and removed the shoulder weights first as he dropped it unto the ground followed by the leg weight. He felt very light as he removed the hindrances. He wondered how fast his legs would move without the hindrances but less thinking because there was only one way to find that out. Dray picked up the skipping rope and wrapped the end around his hands. He started calmly at first as he went skipping. He accelerated as his hands turned the rope faster then his legs went faster and he himself would not dare to look down. It was as if he had no legs. They were moving faster than he could ever imagine perhaps he could invent a taijutsu fighting style that only involved his legs because if that were to happen, his legs would be regarded as that of a god. Dray continued skipping with his legs barely leaving the floor yet the rope made it quick enough to pass under. A few more skips and dray halted. That was enough training for one day because he still had some days before the week he had devoted to personal body training was over. Dray would return the skipping rope into the back pack as well as the leg and shoulder weights. Tomorrow was another day. The sun rose fully to take it’s place in the sky as dray headed for his home feeling a bit fatigued and hungry too.

The cold of the morning put a smile on dray’s face. Today was the last day of his physical training and he was more than excited to see what he had achieved for a whole week. He got out of bed and slipped into his training clothes. He opened his wad robe and picked out his back pack. Out of the window he went and down the wall till he was down safely. Up the fence and down into the streets. It was barely morning as he could say that it was just around four o’clock in the morning. It was dawn so not too many people were out of their beds. Dray hopped unto a roof top and started running towards his training location. Soon, he was out of the village gates and in the direction of the forest. He ran several meters at his fastest speed taking it as a part of his training. He finally got into the forest as the animals did not seem to stop what they were doing. Dray was now a familiar presence to them so they had no need to panic. There was no time to waste as dray expected this last day’s training to be the best of them all. He dropped his back pack and dropped down to push up. This time, he was not going to use any weights of any sort to weigh himself down. He was going to do it at his very best. He did enough rounds of push up and got up as he jumped upwards and grabbed a solid branch of a tree. He began pulling himself up with his legs crossed and his head going way above the branch. He was quickly done with this exercise as he sprinted back and forth trying to get himself in the mood.
He moved to a nearby tree that had a thick bark as he started punching it thoroughly. He changed from his fist to his legs as he started kicking the tree. The thud that came from the force of his strikes shook the forest as he continued striking harder. He was striking hard but slow. He increased his striking speed as he started striking faster. The blows and kicks were so hard and fast that a hole was beginning to form in the tree bark. Dray worried less about the tree not because he did not care but because he knew that nature had a way of repairing itself so he had to be fast about it and give the nice tree time to heal. Dray landed some more blows on the tree bark as he did not feel any pain. The little ones that he was meant to feel were far so little compared to the pains he had felt during the week of training, straining his muscles, sweating out, breathing short and whatever difficulties that he had experienced. He had cleared his head with his morning meditation so he did not have to worry about getting angry due to things he had faced causing him to lose control and also to give in to the berserk demon.

Now, this had gotten him in the fighting spirit. With a few hand seals, he created five fuin bushins. He knew the risk in creating them because when they were destroyed, they often exploded, dealing other damages but he did not mind because the bushins were quite skilled themselves. Giving them absolute command, the bushins came at dray at their fastest speed. The first dray did was to test his speed and reaction as he did the most to avoid all their attacks. He was pretty good in avoiding being hit but holding back was starting to get boring. He started with little but fast strikes trying not to get the bushins to explode. The fight between dray and the bushin was getting long but dray was still holding back.. Seeing a bushin completely defenseless, dray twisted as he thrust his right foot forward at the bushin’s chest sending it crashing into a tree as the clone exploded leaving dray with just four clones remaining. Now, that was some fun, seeing enemies explode with a right thrust. Dray decided to give the clones some fun too as he headed into the forest with them following behind him. He withdrew four kunais and four shurikens from his pouch as he sent a gift of one kunai and one shuriken each to each clone. He did not doubt their abilities to dodge the d ranked projectiles, he just wanted to keep them busy.
There was no where to run to now, it was a sure dead end. With the clones landing right in front of him, he had no choice but to strike back. Dray sprinted towards them as he tried to split them up. He gave the first clone an upper cut as he himself ascended into the air and struck the clone into the ground with a kick to the stomach. He watched the clone explode with the force of hitting the ground as he went for the remaining three clones. The next clone received several blows as it was sent flying towards the other clone as both clones landed against a tree and exploded.

It was a one on one and dray was going to enjoy this. The clone came forward with a barrage of punches as dray parried them off swiftly but the bushin was not done yet. Immediately dray was done with the blows, a kick to his right torso would quickly be seen as he would fold up his right leg to block the kick with his thigh. Being blocked off, the clone would spin oppositely while putting it’s right palm on the ground as a form of support so it’s right leg would be aiming for dray’s head but reading the attack before hand, dray would duck and spin so his own right leg would clear the bushin’s hand off the floor as the bushin would fall defenseless for dray to land his strike but it was not over yet instead, dray would jump few inches backwards to give the bushin space as the clone would stand up to face dray again. Charging forward as usual, dray would wait for it to come in close range as he would raise up some dirt with his foot towards to the clone’s face to obstruct it’s vision after which dray would clench both of his fist and open it up to a palm strike towards the clone’s stomach that would push it meters back, causing it to stagger with much force and exploding in the end.
Dray would turn his palms and look at them. So his one week training had finally paid off, he just hoped that he would not later end up in the hospital because training this long had not been done in quite a while.
