Open Ranks

Since we're about ready to get started with the new arc and such, I'm going to open up some new ranked slots. Now, these are both for rank-up and new applications, so grab then while you can. Anyone is welcome to try for them.

Other: Before entering the new arc Nasin was traveling around the world training mostly in solitude. It would make a good bit of sense if he grew stronger in years he spent training. Before the time skip you could see various places he went to to train his specs.
