Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.

Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.

Description: The use creates suiton bubbles that are infused with raiton. The effect of these bubbles depends on the amount of raiton (thus the rank) used to make them. The number of bubbles as well as the AOE are also dependant on the amount of chakra (thus the rank) put into their creation.
The creator of these bubbles is capable of withstanding being hit with their own jutsu. They can also ensure that allied targets are likewise not effected (up to 3 allies at a time).
C Rank: The user can create up to 100 bubbles that are roughly the size of a quarter. These bubbles can float outward to a total of 10 meters before the creator will lose control over them; if they float further than this then the user can no longer control them however they remain dangerous nonetheless until they disipate. Any bubbles that go beyond the point of control will last for a extra post before they will pop.
Anyone struck with one of these bubbles will recieve 1st degree electrical burns within a single inch radius of the point of contact. If five or more bubbles are touched then the opponent will be stunned for 1 post. Costs 15 Chakra to start, 10 chakra per post afterward.
B Rank: The user can create up to 250 bubbles that are roughly the size of a baseball. These bubbles can float outward to a total of 25 meters before the creator will lose control over them; if they float further than this then the user can no longer control them however they remain dangerous nonetheless until they disipate. Any bubbles that go beyond the point of control will last for an extra two posts before they will pop.
Anyone struck with one of these bubbles will recieve 2nd degree electrical burns within a two inch radius of the point of contact, and up to half an inch deep. If 3 or more bubbles are touched then the opponent will be stunned for 2 posts. If the opponent comes into contact with 5 or more bubbles they will die due to complications from the electrocution if they do not recieve medical attention within 4 posts from an A-Ranked Medic or higher. Costs 20 Chakra to start, 15 chakra per post afterward.
A Rank: The user can create up to 500 bubbles that are roughly the size of a soccor ball. These bubbles can float outward to a total of 50 meters before the creator will lose control over them; if they float further than this then the user can no longer control them however they remain dangerous nonetheless until they disipate. Any bubbles that go beyond the point of control will last for an extra 3 posts before they will pop.
Anyone struck with one of these bubbles will recieve 3rd degree electrical burns within a 3 inch radius of the point of contact, and up to an inch deep. If 1 or more bubbles are touched than the opponent will be stunned for 2 posts. If the opponent, once struck, does not recieve medical attention by an S-Rank or higher medic within 3 posts they will die due to complications from electrocution. Costs 25 Chakra to start, 20 chakra per post afterward.

This causes the enhanced weapon to be able to cut through steel and making throwing weapons nearly unavoidable. This jutsu enhances the cutting and piercing power of any object, raising it by 3/4ths inches, as well as causing a mild electrical burn upon contact.

Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.

Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.
