His Return....[Missions - Closed]

D rank mission:

When he returned, it was at night fall when most were asleep. He did not leave the borders of this country however he went pretty close to it when he went on his journey. But it could not be helped because it drew him to the place that he found. It would soon be clear to everyone around him what he was, well those that did not know about what he was themselves. And when that happens, he can only guess as to what will happen to him. All he knew was that there was no way he was going to allow this to go too far. When someone was different than the rest, they are usually judged and segregated and he knew that this journey, this path that he was about to take would be a difficult one.

The next day he wasted no time and knew he had to get to work. The longer he waited, the worst it would be for him. This one was straight forward enough. Some unlucky guy had to face him today because he was ditching on some payments from a loan shark. What was wrong with these people? He soon found the guy hitting on a girl in the park nearby. He sighed as he walked up to the man and eyed him. The man noticed him and so did the woman as she turned and ran knowing that this cannot be good.

"I'm guessing you are the guy I am looking for. Unlucky for you bro, I found you." said X as he stared at the man.

"Oh so you're a fancy Lieutenant eh? I ain't giving up---UGH!" and with that, X slugged him in the stomach and as the man doubled over in pain from the blow, he saw a wad of money fall from the man's inner jacket pocket. He clutched his stomach as X took the wad of cash and placed it into a pouch he had to give back to the loan shark.

D ranked mission:

He went down the narrow corridors where the paint peeled from the concrete and the alley smelled like urine and garbage. Rats scurried in front of him as he went on his way. Above his head hung clothing that people had placed out there. The street was wet with the rain that had recently stopped falling and smoke was coming from a nearby man hole. He came to a metal door and a red light could be seen from under the door. He knocked on it three times and the door opened and a tall muscle bound man came to the door. He had blonde hair and his skin was littered with tattoos. He told X to come in and he did as he man closed the door behind them. The corridor had a red light lit within its confines and there were other doors that were situated along the corridors as they walked. They came upon a door at the end of the corridor and the man opened the door and X walked in. When he did, there were five men of varying ages from 30 to 60 and they all looked intimidating if you were faint of heart. Full of tattoos on their skin and all of them smoked cigars. They motioned him to site down and he refused. They did not like that too much but none of them were in the mood to even bother about it, they had something more pressing at hand to take care of. They told him what they needed him to do and he understood and walked out of the building and onto the streets. He timed the meeting with the thugs carefully since he planned it to be on a day when the down town owners association meeting was being held right then. He walked in and eyed everyone. He spoke to them of the proposition and they all knew they had to agree.

D ranked mission:

The rain had started to drizzle not too long ago, approximately 20 mins ago when X left where he lived and went to the home of Hoshi. Hoshi was a drug dealer and he had to smuggle some drugs within the glass ornament shaped like a swan and was about the size of X's fist. He had it in a box that was wrapped in nice blue gift paper with a golden ribbon. X thought it was suspicious for one guy to give another one who he did not even know that well a gift. X did not care what was inside the box or really cared what is was about. The main thing was that he got it delivered to Hiro and he carry in the mission and get paid.

He placed the gift in a sack and strapped it to his back so it would not move. As he jumped from roof top to rooftop, he realized that there were four men who were following him. He took a detour to a more lonely spot in the city and ambushed the men. It was not hard, they were not even soldiers and X made quick work of them with heavy blows about their bodies. He carried the box to Hiro and Hiro thanked him and he went onto his next mission.

D ranked mission:

There were tents strewn all over the place through out the Savannah and at the entrance was the guard booth that X no doubt had to use. He reasoned that he would not be using such a cramped space especially since he had to stay up all night. He knew he will just use the time alone like this to reflect on everything. The merchants had just started to leave their belongings when he started to settle in for the night. He sat on a chair and placed his legs on the desk and just relaxed as his mind started to wander. What was he to do now that the truth was revealed to him? He could not go back to being the ideal soldier, Misaki Bankai, no...not after what he had seen and heard. He wanted to just be needed by whoever he gave of himself to. Something just was not right for him in this village anymore. He looked towards the east and saw the sun started to rise in the distance like a bright child raising from a bed of darkness. Sooner than he thought, he saw the merchants coming in one by one to tend to their belongings. He waited a while and saw that a sizable amount of people started to come in and knew whoever it was that wanted to break in would not come in at this point and so he left.

Her name was Miko and her long black hair stuck to her fair skin as she bathed herself. He pimp came in and spoke to her and told her that she would not be beaten today because there would be some protection for her today. And the one who will be protecting her is not the average run of the mill thug either. She put on her clothes and her make up and her jewelry and went out of her apartment and met X. He was standing there calmly waiting for her. She said her pleasantries as she made her way to her other client. They were in the car when X heard her start to scream and he punched the glass and reached in the car and pulled her client out and jacked him up a nearby wall and let him go. She thanked him and he left.

X, for the first time in years genuinely had tears in his eyes when he left Lea's house. He learnt that no matter what a person may do, that not everyone is going to like you. And you are not supposed to care if someone likes you as a person or not. The main thing is that your live your life as how you want to live it. Everyone is their own person and cannot be judged by how they want to live their lives. Lea had X help her do a wide variety of household chores and he did them without any protest because he was learning and this woman could have been a grandmother to him that he never had. With the flood of emotions that he was having while he was there, he had doubts for the first time since he spoke to the man in the lab. Now he had to do some more thinking about this confusion.

C ranked mission:

Time to do some patrolling. He loved to do these things because normally he would do it for free and now it obviously became part of his duty. This night however would be different. As he walked along the walkway on the wall of the village, he spotted a foot sticking out from the bush close to the wall. To be certain it was not an ambush, he made a clone and it jumped over the bannister and landed on the ground and as the clone came close to the foot, something grabbed it and it exploded in a blinding flash of light and so did the leg as it also disappeared in a puff of smoke and as it transformed into a kunai he knew that it was just a henge. X himself jumped down from where he was and he saw it was just a shinobi from some unknown place doing some spying and X killed him on the spot, if he could see him.

He went a little further out and tried to see if he could find him. He made sure the other guards had their eyes peeled in case the man would make a double take and come back towards the village. He saw a shadow moving quickly and caught up with it by the river. He stood there looking at the woman who was in full battle gear. X's eyes squinted as he looked at her. She rushed him and he defended himself and captured her and carried her in for questioning.

B ranked Mission:

The man had put on his black uniform and got his orders from the ones who hired him. He put on his gear and did the normal stuff of watering the plants and feeding his dog and swept out the house before he left on his mission to take the girl. This target was rich and he needed this money to take care of his family. He opened the door and took one last look at his wife and then took his leave.


Meanwhile, the man stretched and yawned as he got up from where he was sleeping. There was something that he had to do today which was a mission where he had to protect a little rich girl. She came from one of noble families of the village just like his false family. He did not want to judge the little girl because of her back ground. But from being around nobility all his life, it was hard not to judge someone of that background. X knew that this is a ticklish situation. He had to protect her at all costs. It seems like to him the guard was unable to perform his duty of protecting the little girl and he had to stand in for him

He came to meet her at an undisclosed location and picked her up in his car. He told her kindly to enter the back seat and he was driving. It did not take long for the attack to happen as he heard someone jump heavily on the car. He cursed under his breath and slammed the breaks as the person on top still was stuck on there on the roof somehow. X realized that the man had to be a shinobi since he did not fall off when the breaks was slammed. X pulled the little girl from the car and when they reached outside, he saw a masked figure with a mask made of cloth and a katana. As X looked he realized that this man was starting to make hand seals and then he shot some fire balls at him which he grabbed the little girl and  evaded them with ease. X took out his kunai and prepared to defend himself. The man rushed him and his sword ignited and sent ashes into X's face every time the two weapons collided. X kept keeping his target at bay then suddenly blasted him with his light beam. His body was smoking as the man was on the brink of death. His body shook under the pain and his skin and clothes smoked because of the heat from the light beam that hit him. Every bone in his body was now broken and he was about to die. To finish the attacker off, X appeared behind the man, and stuck a kunai in his throat and let the blood flow from the man's body. At that same time, his wife at home awoke knowing somehow that her husband was dead.

X took the little girl and looked at her and made sure she was ok. As he looked at her big brown eyes he could not help but think about if his own life was indeed normal and if he was in truth nobility as they said he was. She was and he put her back into the vehicle and carried her to school. X thought about all this when he went on his way.
