The kage hadn't been seen in ages, and there were some really shady individuals running around the village. Vivian should have been more worried; she should be out investigating and gathering up those she knew and trusted and figuring out exactly what the hell was going on. But she wasn't. No, Vivian was currently seated at the long bar with two full double shot glasses filled with a blue liquid that looked under the dim bar lights as if it were glowing.
She was in a mood, and when she got into one of these moods several things could happen – things she didn't want to think about quite yet. No, she didn't have enough alcohol in her system to think about that, not quite yet.
Vivian reached forward, black polished fingernails gleaming in the dim lightning, as she picked up one of the two shot glasses with the tips of her fingers. She brought it up to her mouth and downed it. The shot glass was returned, empty, to the bar counter while she was busy swallowing the fruity tasting liquid. Her hand instantly found the second of the two shot glasses and the same procedure was repeated again: this glasses contents being emptied into her mouth, swallowed, and then the glass being put down on the bar counter.
She motioned the bartender over with a single movement and pointed to her shot glasses. The bartender raised a brow – obviously surprised she had drank both of those shots down like that – and went about cleaning her old shot glasses off the counter and filling up two more which were then put down in front of her.
“Keep fucking looking at me like that and I'll string your eyeballs on a necklace and wear them....”, she muttered underneath of her breath as she shifted slightly on the bar stool. It wasn't like she hadn't paid ahead: hell, she had paid enough ryo for four people to drink simply because she was damn sure she wouldn't be capable of doing math later – that and Vivian liked her alcohol. But either way the guy was making a profit, so the eyeballing wasn't necessary.
