Description: Smoke release allows its users to control and manipulate smoke for effects, whether offensive or defensive. Generally speaking, the target must inhale or otherwise come in contact with the smoke for it to be effective; at which point it can act as anything from a poison to a hallucinogen to a toxic material. Contact with flesh can cause all manner of effect; the most common of which are chemical and/or poison burns, illusion creations, etc.
