General Description: Like many others of his homeland, Ramza has tanned skin, blond hair, and gray eyes. Due to his homeland's hot climate he wears a loose cropped open metal vest fastened with a pendant over his chest. Beneath this vest is a large collared white shirt tucked into his pants. His dark pants are held up by a red ribboned sash belt, and are tucked into a pair of knee-high steel boots.

Personality: Personality: "Silence is golden.."Ramza can be summed up with generally one word: Quiet. He doesn't speak very much at all, and even then, his voice is very low. He was most noted for making it through his entire stay at the Ama ninja academy by saying only a single word, that he spoke on the day of his graduation: "Finally". While many people would think that the male has a mental condition and is unfit for being a shinobi, his family members remark that he is only selectively mute, and is infact, very intelligent. There are very few times when he does happen to become vocal, one being when he is angry.
“Bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not, destroy him.”Ramza prefer diplomacy over fighting, unless absolutely needed. He rarely, if ever, feels the need to draw his sword. He believes that peace should be preserved, and not stained with blood. After all, he is a Kensei. But this mindset is not absolute. If he does draw his sword, Ramza shall not sheathe it until his mission is accomplished, the threat has been abated, and the ground runs red. He, like his mother, believes that the world needs peace, and if someone threatens peace, they should be made into an example..
Likes: "My family... is my life"Ramza holds his family in high reguard. He feels indebted to them, given that they could have simply placed him in foster care when his mother died. He adores each and everyone of his 'brothers and sisters', often helping them to the point of neglecting his own duties. He spoils the younger children rotten, giving them candy and the like; for the adults, he is always willing to help with chores and errands. Ramza takes particular care to defend those he believes are special to him; the few that he actually speaks more than two words to a a given time.
"Delicious.."Ramza adores food. He's willing to try anything at least once; if he happens to like it, he will be forever hooked on it. One of the boy's earliest memories was a cupcake that he was given for his bithday. Ramza enjoyed it so much that over the years it became his personal love affair. He will do almost anything for a cupcake, often asking for a batch of them instead of taking actual ryo for running errands.
Dislikes: “Give me the truth..”One of the foremost things that Ramza dislikes is lying, and liars in general. While one may believe that this is an odd belief for a shinobi; their lives are built around likes, Ramza has a reason for this. Lying to an enemy is fine as far as he is concerned; but when you lie to those whom you claim to love and trust... Ramza has no words for you. Lying to him is one of the fastest ways to piss him off, often to the point of violence.
“Duct tape is silver..”Another thing that Ramza dislikes is braggarts. He is a firm believer in actions speaking louder than words; often forgoing all verbal communication in favor of simply showing people what he means. It is crude, but he believes that if people opened their minds, and allowed the truth to be seen through actions rather than being twisted by words, humanity on a whole would advance much better.
Motivations: “You're my motivation...”Ramza is motivated primarily by the bonds that he shares with his family. He adores them all to the point that he would gladly lay down his life for them, just to thank them for all they have done for him. While he does agree that this mindset has flaws, he believes that it will never come to pass; but if it did, he would not hesitate to fulfill it.
“All is fair in love....”Ramza is motivated by love.. not the sexual kind, but that of passion. He hold his ideals in great esteem, and will not back down when they are challenged. That isn't to say that he is thickheaded and stubborn; if presented with a reasonable argument; he may change his way of thinking to incorporate this idea.
In either case, he does believe in love of the romantic kind; family bonds, the embrace of a close friendship. He's not sure if he wishes for the latter, but the former is what he's built his life around.
Fears: “Fear has no place within me...”Ramza, in short, doesn't fear many things. Yes, he has the 'voice' within his mind that cautions him against certain actions. He does fear what people define as 'normal': losing people close to his heart. But with this said, he himself does not fear death; he is a shinobi. For him, death is simple a mission acceptance away.
“For... Hitomi..”Ramza, like many of his clans members, feel a strong connection to their ancestors. He believes that his mother is watching over him, guiding him through life. One of his greatest, and most well kept secret, is that he does not wish to disappoint her. Thus, why he strives to be the best that he can be..
History: Ramza's life was an unfortunate one. He was raised buy his cousins, rather than his mother and father. His mother was a jounin, Kensei Hitomi, known for her unusual kenjutsu style consisting of using six swords simultaneously. His father was never known; his mother was a rape victim that ended with the child's conception. Rather than abort the child, Kensei Hitomi decided to have the child, coming to the conclusion that the circumstances that created him were not his fault. Since her decision to keep the child, Hitomi's life was well; she took a leave from her duties until the child was born.
The day that Ramza was born began like any other day. The sun rose, the birds chiped. Everything was peaceful until the labor pains began for Hitomi. For several long hours, the young mother-to-be lay in pain as she was attended by her cousins and the clan midwife, all attempting to comfort her as she strove to deliver the child into the world. As Hitomi gave birth to the child, she paid the ultimte price; As her child was born into the world, Hitomi looked upon him once and smiled. She then whispered his name and closed her eyes, and passed on. With Hitomi's death, the entire clan decided to raise Ramza collectively. They believe it would help him get over the shock of his mother's death once he got older.
Ramza grew to call his clansmen and women Father and Mother respectively; the children became known to him as brothers and sisters. He was never excluded from activities; the children always remembered to invite him to participate in family events. Ramza grew up as a quiet child, rarely speaking unless spoken to. He was raised to remain calm in the face of all opposition, no matter the threat. While some people often mistake this for cockiness, Ramza quietly replies that fear has no place in his life; and hesitation will only get one killed. To him, one cannot hesitate when protecting life. As by his clan's nature and practices, Ramza is a pacifist, and believes that life must be protected.
Ramza entered the Ama ninja academy when he was eight, much to the shock of his elders. His elders had generally assumed that the child had no interest in the ways of a ninja. He'd never paid much attention to the elders of his clan whom were Shinobi; he complained quietly that they smelled like blood. When questioned as to why he decided to become a ninja, he simply replied that he wished to protect those whom he cared about. In his mind, he believed to do this, he would need to be stronger; and the path of a ninja was the best way to do this.
In the Academy, Ramza was an average student in terms of his studies; never less than a C in his subjects. His special talent emerged one day during weapons training class. It was here that he discovered his love for swords. He could wield a single blade with enough proficiency to disarm a chuunin. He found that he preferred using the heavier swords the academy had to offer; the 'over-sized' weapons,: Claymores, the larger and longer katanas...
Upon hearing this, several members of his clan began to murmur and snicker, citing that Hitomi's blood was stirring in her son. Ramza shrugged off the comments, and began to focus himself into his training. The boy quickly learned to supplement his growing Kenjutsu skills with Ninjutsu in order to achieve various effects. The boy's prowess with Kenjutsu grew to the point that he literally fought his way to the top of his swordsmanship classes. As a present for becoming a Genin, his family presented Ramza with a old sword, one that would allow him to be able to use his kenjutsu skills.
For the duration of his Genin career, Ramza's life was uneventful. He completed missions assigned to him, some of high difficulty, others, not so much. He learned to refine his skills, and spent his time developing jutsu that would supplement his specialties. Ramza would continue to use the sword he was given, taking very good care of it. It was a normal sized katana, complete with sheath. However, the blade was very old, and beginning to rust in several places. During the final round of his Chuunin exam, Ramza broke his sword against his opponent's blade. Rather than forfeiting the match, the male picked up the broken piece of the blade, and continued to fight with it. Despite putting up a tremendous fight, Ramza was defeated. Even with his defeat, the male proved himself to be worthy of being promoted.
It was during his chuunin days that he 'found his calling' so to speak. He became involved with religion, believing that he could be a savior to his fellow man. He began to develop techniques that seemed to support his belief. These beliefs would carry on through his entire shinbi career.
With the defection of Amagakure's highest ranked ninja, and the unrelated death of the former Joutenkage via falling, Ramza feels that now is the time for him to step up, and guide his village into the light.
RP Sample: Ahh, the simple pleasures in life. A good cup of coffee, a giant cupcake, and a book. Well, a manga, really. The male was curled up on one of the lounge couches in the cafe, nose pressed into the pages of the manga. He'd been there for ever hours, not moving a muscule face for turning the pages, or taking a sip of coffee.
It was his 'retirement' so to speak. His days of fighting were done; todays ways of fighting were too impersonal; guns that could hit you from a mile away, strange contraptions called 'missles' that could take out whole cities without even breaking a sweat. Gone were they days of magic, where one like himself could make a fortune as a soldier.
He'd fought for many people, and he was known by many names: The Undying Soldier, The Eternal Walker, Abomination, to name a few He prefered his name to all of these, Kishaan. He wasnt one to brag about his abilities; he was a danger to the world, and certain Death to those he came across on the battlefield.
But this didnt matter. Nothing of that should matter when one no longer fought. It wasnt the money, no, he had no need for it. He required no food, the coffee and cupcakes were a long aquired taste, something he'd loved since before he could remember. He had no wish to bring harm to people. Besides, he would stand out like a thumb on the battle field; bullets that would curve away from him, explosion happening in midair, downing enemy planes? There was no explaining that, and it was not a headache he wished for. He had enough of those already.
So, the quiet life was his, calmly waiting for a death that would never come.
Thanatos had some fucking explaining to do.
