Name: Tornado Kick (Tatsumaki Kyaku - 竜巻キック) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique is simply a low-sweeping flipping forward kick quickly followed by another slashing kick with another leg. This is a basic taijutsu skill used to trip up and knock back opponents. However, by infusing wind chakra in their legs, the user can either slice into their opponents using wind chakra or increase damage and add a powerful knockback effect.
Name: Mist Servant Technique - (Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu - 霞従者の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Within Earshot Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user triggers the Genjutsu by creating a sound; usually a hand clap or whistle, however anything that can be hear will suffice; at which point everyone but the user begins to see copies of said user emerge from any solid surface within a 5 meter radius. The initial number of copies to emerge is 5, however each copy when struck 'splits' into two more of itself; causing an exponential growth explosion. The copies are nothing but illussions, unable to cause damage on their own; however the afflicted's brain will create the sensation of being touched or grabbed by the copies. Anyone 2 ranks more above the user is completely unaffected by this jutsu.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
Name: Futon: Ryuusui [Wind Style : Stream] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A useful jutsu for manoeuvring mid-air, this technique is nothing more then a somewhat powerful, concentrated burst of wind from the user's mouth. Most commonly used to change direction quickly mid-air; this jutsu can be used to push the user away from a solid surface, slow the body in a fall/slide, or create a small cloud of dust or debris.
Name: Wind Release: Wind Kunai Technique (Fūton: Kaze Kunai no Jutsu - 風遁: 風クナイ技術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user is able to create kunai made entirely of wind chakra, which they are able to throw up to 10 meters before the kunai disperse on their own. Each kunai is as powerful as a normal D-rank kunai, and the user is able to create 6 per usage of this jutsu.

Name: Ear Shattering Bells Technique (Mimi Tatakikowasu Kane no Jutsu -耳叩き壊す鐘の術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post set up, -10 chaka per post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user sets up lines around the foe. These lines have bells attached to them. By running chakra into the lines, the bells ring in such a way that the soundwaves move inward rather than all around. This high concentration of sound stuns the user for the duration of the jutsu. The user is additionally deafened for 2 posts after the jutsu ends. Ninja 2 ranks or more above the user are immune to this effect.
Name: Wind Prison Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary, defensive Element: Fuuton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: More akin to Ice Prsion than Water Prison, the Wind Prison jutsu is accomplished by wrapping the target in a thick sphere of typhoon force winds; rotating and counter-rotating wildly in a way that makes escape nearly impossible. Strong currents of air inside the prison keep the target suspended in the center, away from the walls that upon contact will cause moderate shreading injuries; 1/2in deep gashes and torn clothing. The user of the prison jutsu is immune to this effect as their hand is encased in chakra while maintaining the jutsu. This jutsu has excellent defensive properties; being able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc) and up to 5 equal or lower rank jutsu not of the Raiton variety. Piercing Raiton jutsu go right through the wind with no resitance at all.
Name: Heavenly Wind Palm (Amafūshō - 天風掌) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Heavenly Wind Palm (天風掌, Amafūshō) is a rudimentary wind natured technique that allows the user to project a concentrated gust of wind towards intended targets. It is performed by quickly gathering and compressing a sufficient wind in the user's hand in a spiral fashion before releasing the dense mass towards a desired target with a palm thrust. The amount of time it takes to collect and shape the wind of this technique is dependent on the user's chakra control and proficiency with the Wind Release. As such this technique's gusts can easily deflect projectiles when used at a novice level, but can furthermore be used to generate winds powerful enough to carve trails destruction through the earth when utilized with enough skill. As this technique is composed of compressed wind it is only visible when utilized at the highest levels, appearing as a translucent orb of chakra. Due to this trait, the practitioner's performance of this skills may be difficult for onlookers to identify.
Name: Futon: Kazejuugan [Wind release: Air bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user holds out their hand, palm flat and facing upward, where they condense their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. The user can spawn up to six of these bullets at a time before cooldown is enforced. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaving behind 1/2in gashes over a 6in radius. If a bullet grazes the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near. |
