Name: Balancing Maple Leaves (Tsuriau Fūyō - 釣り合う楓葉) [NR] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Defensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Weapon Technician Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The Balancing Maple Leaves (釣り合う楓葉, Tsuriau Fūyō) [NR] utilizes Ōa in it's "Non-Returning" form, it is a unique variation of the parry-based technique of the Leaf-Style Sword Art form. In order to initiate the technique, the user must be in a neutral stance. There is no predefined form of utilizing this technique, as it relies almost entirely on the user's instinct and physical ability. Therefore, this is an easy technique to learn, but difficult to execute. Upon making contact with another weapon, such as a Sword or Kunai; the user parries very lightly. This light parry is extremely easy to break through, but leaves the opponent off-balance for a brief moment. In this moment, the user pulls their boomerang back towards themselves, before using a greater amount of strength to intercept the following attack made by the opponent, effectively sending them back thanks to a sudden increase in pressure. This gives way for the user to perform offensive or sealing maneuvers with much more ease.
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Puredetā Kankaku no Jutsu | Predator Sense Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary | Sensory Element: N/A Range: 25 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: Derived from abilities seen in the animal kingdom, this sensory technique uses one's chakra to target a single specific sense and amplify it beyond it's normal human capabilities. As much as an advantage this gives any overloading of an amplified sense will hinder the user for a single post as they recuperate.
Smell | By concentrating chakra to their nose this is amplified to an even greater extent allowing the user to be able to detect, track and monitor targets at 25 M. Taste | By concentrating chakra to their taste buds this allows them to makeup the composition of that which passes into their mouths if identifiable by the user. This includes foods, materials, and poisons. Sight | By concentrating chakra to their eyes members can increase the distance at which they can see, shifting between distances is a true skill to this ability, but overuse can cause strain on the muscle. The users sights increase to being crystal clear at 25 M away. Touch | By concentrating chakra to throughout their bodies they can increase their sensory receptors, intercepting vibrations in a given area or through a substance as long as contact is made. 25 M. Hearing | By concentrating chakra to their ears members can increase the distance at which he can hear up to, crystal clear at 25 M. Heartbeats within a 5 M range can be discerned by a user if focused upon.
Name: Suishin no Jutsu | Propulsion Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: 10 M Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: - Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: By focusing chakra throughout the body it allows for the user to rapidly produce and expel chakra enriched winds in a concussive manner from a fixed point on their body through a directed pattern, typically along the lengths of the legs and directed downward to feet through a stomping or pushing motion. This acts to propel the user in any given direction so long as their is significant force to counter the push, thus why the feet are the typical choice since they have the ground as support, although the arms can be used. This technique is capable of being performed in air, but the distance is reduced to half. The user moves at his current SPD stat.
Name: Usagi Sanpo | Rabbit Walk Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 10 M Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: Usagi Sanpo is the art of moving really fast, in a nonlinear direction. The user approaches the target in a zig-zag pattern, pouncing left and right while facing the opponent. Due to the speed of the movement, and the irregular pattern, the targets are often confused as to when or how to strike, thus leaving them aghast until it's too late. The user moves at his current SPD stat. In order to successfully counter this technique without flaw an opposing force must have a REA tier one (1) rank above the SPD tier.
Name: Modotte Kimasu no Jutsu | Comeback Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: 25 M Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A technique initiated without hand sign, but through mere contact with the boomerang, Ōa, infusing Fūton | Wind Release chakra into the weapon in the process. Although no change of appearance occurs, the true nature of the technique is revealed after the boomerang has left the users hands. Upon command, the boomerang will release the infused chakra, thus causing it to abandon the path it was previously on and continue on one headed directly for the user. Those caught in the path of the boomerang are susceptible to blunt force trauma capable of knocking one unconscious and/or breaking bones such as ribs and arms due to the overall nature of the boomerang, half an inch lacerations will be dealt if the scythe attachments are unhinged.

Name: Fūton-Atsu Bomu no Jutsu | Wind Pressure Bomb Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C | B | A | S Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: Provided Below Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: - Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: By first using their chakra as a shell, the user will begin to accumulate and pressurize violent winds into the shape of a sphere with a flowing milky white center. When met with an opposing force other than naturally occurring wind and the users own chakra an explosion will occur based upon the chakra expended. Naturally, those caught within radius of the blast are susceptible of being knocked off their feet and away up to 10 M. When utilizing Ōa in it's "Non-Returning" form the user may provide chakra flow to the boomerang and smack the Wind Pressure Bomb in a similar fashion to a baseball. A REA stat 2 sub-tiers higher than the speed of the bomb will effectively evade without flaw.

To use this jutsu, the user must first start spinning around and then release wind natured chakra around him, resulting a whirlwind around the user. This jutsu severs and damages whatever comes in the range of it because the wind chakra is manipulated into the form of numerous tiny blades. It can be used for both defense and offence.
Name: Shotgun Impact (Andanjuu - 散弾銃): [NR] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Utilizing Ōa in its "Non-Returning" form, when it comes into contact with his opponent, the user will focus their own chakra into the boomerang and release it. The result is equivalent to the effect of a shotgun blast, ripping apart the nearby flesh. A brief burst of fire also comes from the boomerang while the jutsu is executed, making the user look as if they had fired a shotgun.
Name: Tasumaniadebiru no Jutsu| Tasmanian Devil Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: Melee | 25 M Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The Tasumaniadebiru is a testament to Rōarku's perseverance as a Weapon Technician by displaying harmony and synchronization between Man and his tool. The success and failure of this technique relies in the timing of the user when he receives the boomerang, Ōa, upon a successful return from being thrown. Relying on instinct rather than sight, the user jumps into the air at the angle in which their boomerang is coming at and if unhindered in the process the boomerang will successfully enter the slots of it's holster, but continue it's motion with the user attached and continue to circle the same path it previously took. Here lies the truth behind the technique, by distributing Fūton | Wind Release chakra throughout the body and into the boomerang the overall appearance of the two change into that of a spinning vortex with an eleven foot radius (8ft. Boomerang + 3 ft. scythe attachments) and seven foot height that the user has control in regards to trajectory and direction of path. Hundreds upon Hundreds of tiny blades are created through the manipulation of the present element, thus providing for a solid defense and offense as well as serving significant concussive force when slammed upon due to the user's additional weight to that of the boomerang. Ookay. Every technique that you have here that requires Kenjutsu requires that you actually have a sword in order to use them. Please swap out for something else. Puredetā Kankaku no Jutsu | Predator Sense TechniqueFor this jutsu, We're going to need to know how much does it increase your sense in terms of tiers in REA. Here, REA includes perception. Suishin no Jutsu | Propulsion TechniqueThis just needs a bit more clarification. What are these 'glands' that you are referring to? Usagi Sanpo | rabbit WalkOkay, I'm real iffy on allowing this, as its basicly a free 'in-battle' use of Body Flicker. I'm going to break this down as I see the problems with it. First off, this will not be allowed as maintainable. Thats just begging to be abused and spammed in a fight. If we allow this, its going to be a one post duration with at least a five post cooldown. This is going to require a set SPD and/or REA difference between you and your opponent to use. For example, If your opponent has A-2 SPD/REA, you yourself must have at least S-2 SPD [a one rank difference] to be able to pull this off. Remember, here a persona's perception ability is tied to thier REA stat. The higher thier REA, the better they are able to read thier surroundings and react. A person with a high enough REA WILL render this technique useless against them as they will almost instantly know that what is happening and can counter. Seeing as you state that this allows a person to move swiftly, you're going to need to state how much it boosts the SPD stat in the moment its used than normal movement. Fūton-Atsu Bomu no Jutsu | Puredetā Secret Art: Wind Pressure Bomb The only rank of this jutsu you would be able to have for free would be the C rank version. You would be required to train the remaining ranks, otherwise approved. Wind Release: Great Spinning Breakthrough (Fūton: Daikaitoppa - 風遁・大回突破)Approved. The users sights increase to being crystal clear at 25 M away. Touch | By concentrating chakra to throughout their bodies they can increase their sensory receptors, intercepting vibrations in a given area or through a substance as long as contact is made. 25 M. Hearing | By concentrating chakra to their ears members can increase the distance at which he can hear up to, crystal clear at 25 M. Heartbeats within a 5 M range can be discerned by a user if focused upon.
Name: Suishin no Jutsu | Propulsion Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: 10 M Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: - Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: By focusing chakra throughout the body it allows for the user to rapidly produce and expel chakra enriched winds in a concussive manner from a fixed point on their body through a directed pattern, typically along the lengths of the legs and directed downward to feet through a stomping or pushing motion. This acts to propel the user in any given direction so long as their is significant force to counter the push, thus why the feet are the typical choice since they have the ground as support, although the arms can be used. This technique is capable of being performed in air, but the distance is reduced to half. The user moves at his current SPD stat.

The user approaches the target in a zig-zag pattern, pouncing left and right while facing the opponent. Due to the speed of the movement, and the irregular pattern, the targets are often confused as to when or how to strike, thus leaving them aghast until it's too late. The user moves at his current SPD stat. In order to successfully counter this technique without flaw an opposing force must have a REA tier one (1) rank above the SPD tier.
Name: Modotte Kimasu no Jutsu | Comeback Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: 25 M Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A technique initiated without hand sign, but through mere contact with the boomerang, Ōa, infusing Fūton | Wind Release chakra into the weapon in the process. Although no change of appearance occurs, the true nature of the technique is revealed after the boomerang has left the users hands. Upon command, the boomerang will release the infused chakra, thus causing it to abandon the path it was previously on and continue on one headed directly for the user. Those caught in the path of the boomerang are susceptible to blunt force trauma capable of knocking one unconscious and/or breaking bones such as ribs and arms due to the overall nature of the boomerang, half an inch lacerations will be dealt if the scythe attachments are unhinged.

Naturally, those caught within radius of the blast are susceptible of being knocked off their feet and away up to 10 M. When utilizing Ōa in it's "Non-Returning" form the user may provide chakra flow to the boomerang and smack the Wind Pressure Bomb in a similar fashion to a baseball. A REA stat 2 sub-tiers higher than the speed of the bomb will effectively evade without flaw.

Name: Tasumaniadebiru no Jutsu| Tasmanian Devil Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Fūton | Wind Release Range: Melee | 25 M Specialty: Weapon Technician || Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The Tasumaniadebiru is a testament to Rōarku's perseverance as a Weapon Technician by displaying harmony and synchronization between Man and his tool. The success and failure of this technique relies in the timing of the user when he receives the boomerang, Ōa, upon a successful return from being thrown. Relying on instinct rather than sight, the user jumps into the air at the angle in which their boomerang is coming at and if unhindered in the process the boomerang will successfully enter the slots of it's holster, but continue it's motion with the user attached and continue to circle the same path it previously took. Here lies the truth behind the technique, by distributing Fūton | Wind Release chakra throughout the body and into the boomerang the overall appearance of the two change into that of a spinning vortex with an eleven foot radius (8ft. Boomerang + 3 ft. scythe attachments) and seven foot height that the user has control in regards to trajectory and direction of path.
