Alrighty, let's get this started.

1) SS-Rank pets are restricted. You cannot start with them.
2) This ties into chakra nature restrictions. Your pet must have the same elements as you; so if you take lightning on this pet, you've locked yourself into learning Lightning as your secondary element. Not much of an issue, I'm just informing you of this right now. In order to have Yin-Yang release, you MUST have Yin and Yang as your primary and secondary elements (in either order) and cannot take another element.
3)The chakra cloak needs to be created as a jutsu.
4) I need to check with another admin, but I believe we have Tailed Beast Ball written up already. If so, I'll give you that coding to use here. I can tell you right now that it is S-rank, not SS rank, and would be non-elemental; as the bijuu-replacement beasts we have are elementally based, and only one has Yin/Yang/Yin-Yang release, and they all have some version of Bijuudama.
5) The Type of this beast would be Combat Pet || Legendary || [Beast type] (which I'm assuming is dragon spirit, given the image and such).

1) What rank would it be, then? I'd assumed SS, but maybe S? The entire classifications thing hurts mah brain.

2) Okay. I don't really want the Yin-Yang Release, as I merely thought that the Tailed Beast Ball was Yin-Yang. I'm fine with having Lightning Release as a secondary element, as that's what I had planned.

3) Easily done, once I get to listing what Jutsu I have. I won't really be making TOO many custom ones, so I'll pick most of them from the library.

5) Awesome! I just made one up from scratch, because I had assumed there wasn't one. I couldn't find it, at least.

Pets are ranked the same way as ninja. Think of it in terms of Bleach then:

academy/foot soldiers would be Genin (D-rank)
low rank seated officers = Chunnin (C-rank)
senior officers (10-4) = Special Jounin (B-Rank)
third seats/newer vice captains = Jounin (A-Rank)
Captain-level = Jounin (S) (S-Rank)
General Commander - Transcendent = SS-Rank

Pets are sorted using the same general power scale; so a beast on this level overall would sit at upper A, lower S-rank. It's basically just the powers of the chakra cloak that would decide if this is A or S rank, really; so I'll have a better answer for where it falls when you have that written up.

The chakra cloak needs to be made now, since it's an ability/jutsu granted by the beast, it has to be created with the beast itself.

I poked the admin, it seems I'm insane and we don't have it made yet. I'll work up the changes you need to make to your version tomorrow after work; I'm on my way to bed, honestly. xD

That's the right general idea, but not what I meant. The point of the drawback is balance overall; anything that boosts stats/ability that much needs an equal drawback for fairness sake. In this case, you'd need to be affecting everything that is boosted. When I said tweak the description of the beast, I meant take out that it's a bijuu, as it's not a bijuu; cause we don't have bijuu. You can call the technique a bijuu cloak, but this isn't an actual bijuu. Once that's been tweaked again, the jutsu is fine.


Now, I completely admit that I missed this earlier, so I'mma touch on this now:

You'll need to put in an unlock requirement for this beast in general. The extreme power of it means you'll need to do the work to be able to use it normally. Pretty much, you just need to do a thread of you 'synchronizing' with the beast; it can be basically any thread of decent length where you and the beast work together or whatever. It's going to need to be at least 3000 words; but you can split it across several threads if you need to; just make sure that you title/note the threads as being used toward this end. The Special Training Requirements needs to be 1000 words for each post of availability. That's the site baseline for things like this, and I can't really give you a break without giving everyone else one too.

Unbreakable: This sword is forged so well that it is completely unbreakable, and never needs to be sharpened.
Keen Edge: Kusanagi is capable of cutting through any other weapon and armor of A-Rank or below as if they were butter. Other S-Rank and SS-Rank weapons require more force to do so, being able to cut only halfway through another S-Ranked weapon or armor and only notching an SS-Ranked one with a single strike.

2) Cutting through A-rank with this is fine. S-rank would basically be a stalemate without enhancing the blade's strength and endurance. SS-Rank would break it. Weapons, unless otherwise stated, are treated as having X-3 END, where X is the stated rank of the item.

3) If you're using SS materials to make it, it's going to be SS-rank. You need to adjust the description accordingly.

4) Even if something isn't applicable in a given template (Say you have a non-elemental weapon), you need to put / or N/A in a stated category. This is for ALL templates. Otherwise, we see it, and treat it, as unfinished.

Said this before. You cannot use an SS-rank weapon as an A-rank ninja. Honestly, the Kusanagi isn't all that powerful by our standards; you could easily scale this back if you absolutely have to have it. But if you do, the numbers on the cutting go down. The indestructible is bunk, too. SS or not, anything can be broken, and as this is basically just extremely high quality steel with relatively mild chakra enhanced properties, it is far from indestructible. Given the power you have it at, it's barely an A-rank blade, you're really selling it short for SS-rank; and would be basically paying for air, to put it simply.

Significantly better. The first SC isn't bad, but you need to state what kind of damage the flames do; as well as any other offenive enhancement it grants. The only issue with the Inferno Attunement is the drawback. You need to stat the unusable period in post counts or thread numbers, since IC time is rather... murky.

There's a few changes that are going to be needed to be made to your chakra beast. Nothing major, however.

• Your SC needs broken into two separate things. The cosmetic seal SC that allows you access to the chakra pool / jutsu of your beast, and then the actual chakra mode. The chakra mode will have to be written up as a jutsu which will have the training's and such listed on it. Now, I'm reading what you wrote and you mention this "Chakra Cloak" being made out of fire? If so, is that fire cosmetic or does it actually cause damage to those who come into contact with it? If it causes damage it will need an appropriate chakra drain per post. See the guidelines for what those appropriate drains are.
  
  
• Your jutsu are fine minus the cloak. Considering our chakra pools at higher ranks a 3 post drawback for something you could essentially use for 10+ posts EASILY is not good enough. You need to make your drawback read something like "Duration of the cloak +3". Meaning if you hold the jutsu for 5 posts then you suffer the drawback to it for 8 posts. I also need you to update it to read that the drawback comes from your base stats. So if you're speed is naturally S-2 then you will be bumped down to S-1.

Alright, there is only one last thing and I apologize about this because I didn't realize until I was doing Luke's beast: the most jutsu a beast can start out with for free is 2. You can learn up to 10 in total if your beast is S rank, but only one of those ten jutsu can be S rank, the rest must be lower. So you'll have to choose two jutsu to start out with right away, and learn the rest later following the combat pet guidelines.

Before I start modding this I want you to be made aware that once an item is approved it cannot be modded again later on; you will have to purchase it all over again if you wish to make changes. I see that you haven't used all of your slots, so I wanted to ensure you were aware of this before I went ahead and modded it.
