While using a weapon of superior quality it's possible to cut through solid stone and chakra-based projectiles without the use of chakra flow. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.

Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra.

That'd be fine, but I know I mentioned that you need to post your new jutsu in the first post of the thread. The reason I say you need to keep track is because you can store freebie tokens you get after the initial batch to be used later; we hand them out in events all the time, so you need to keep track. Same for item tokens that you don't use up right away.

The Fenrir jutsu isn't bad. I just need a few changes. Type would be Offensive || Defensive, Range would be Self. You have some minor spelling errors, nothing major, but you'll want to check it. For the defensive capabilities, just say it blocks all jutsu of C-rank or below, at these levels you're allowed to do that. If you're willing to boost the cost of it slightly, you can block all B-rank as well; but that's just a suggestion. Otherwise, the numbers are perfectly fine. The bleeding, is that purely cosmetic, or are you using that as a drawback? If it's supposed to be a drawback, then you need to expand on it slightly; how much bleeding, what effects the bleeding causes, how long it takes for the effects to happen, etc.

Okay, the only issue I see here is that as a Jounin A the highest your REA stat can go at the moment is A-3. So I'm going to give you a choice; you can either use your remaining WC after A-3 for something else, or I can change your stat to A-3 and then make a note later on when you hit Jounin S that it is to be bumped up to SS-3 upon rank approval. Up to you~

Noting that your REA stat is to be changed from A-3 to SS-3 upon Jounin S rank up. When you rank up simply remind staff and link them your Registry if needed to show them the proof of training.
