The second largest city within the Land of Heaven; the Port of Dreams is the largest port on land or sea, with massive ships constantly floating in the bay and above the village itself. Access to Amagakure is granted via the air port on the edge of the village, as well as access to the other floating islands in the clouds above the sea.
